We had a minor issue with our new HVAC system. Clark researched potential remedies with the factory tech support team and got information regarding a software revision that was available. He showed up the next day as scheduled and downloaded the new program. Great response, greatly appreciated

I highly recommend Temple Heating & Cooling. You can trust them not to rob your pockets and they know what they are doing. Cody is highly trained and helped in what seemed like an impossible situation, in regards to a Duel Fuel system (they are complex while testing them), while trying to close on our home. I was so grateful to find out that their was NOTHING wrong with our system after another company was trying to charge us over $1,500. On a recent regular service check up, I asked Cody, Temple Heating and Air Service Technician, to check out a "hum" in the HVAC unit. He checked and found the problem and ordered the replacement part which was under warranty. Later that week, when the part came in, Michael, another Service Technician, called me and said he was on the way with the new part. He was here when he said he would be! Both were very courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, I would HIGHLY recommend Temple Heating and Air for your HVAC needs!

On a day when the temperature was suppose to be down in the 20’s at night, my heat decided to go out. The only company I have ever let work on my unit is Temple Heating and Air which is the company that put in my unit 8 years ago. I called them that morning and they worked out a time to come to my house when someone was there that day. After determining that I needed a new motor, they went about trying to get me one. Try weren’t very sure they could get the part that day. After a while, they tracked down the part and came back to put it on. When trying to put that part on, they discovered that another part was needed. They called to tell me the bad news and were so apologetic and said that they were going to order the part and have it fast tracked to me but it probably wouldn’t get to me for a few days. It was going to be in the 20’s for the next 2 nights and I have a 97 year old father that was living with me. They went back to their shop and were so bummed that they couldn’t help me. Then they decided to go check their scrap yard and they found the exact part they needed. By this time it was after closing time, and they could have waited until Monday to come fix my unit, but they didn’t! They called me so excited and they jumped back in their truck and came and fixed my unit. They didn’t leave until until everything was working like it should! Yamil and JD were wonderful and didn’t give up! I could not have been more pleased with what they did for me! They went above and beyond....and all on the day that I called them with my problem! I am so grateful!

As things happen, the temperature drops into the 40’s and out goes the heat. I can’t tell you how pleased we are with Temple Heating & Cooling. Their responsiveness, quality of service and professionalism is unmatched in my opinion! Thanks guys, we really appreciate your services.
