I loved that they stay open til 12. I went in at 9 pm the guys were really nice. They pulled me in as soon as i got there. Diagnosed my apu and fixed it and sent me on my way. They also help me spray for ants. Thanks guys

These guys are true professionals. Got in quickly, diagnosed the issue with my APU, repaired and out the gate in under 2 hours. I definitely recommend and will use this facility again.

I have been driving a truck for 42 years all way pull reefer trailer this place is the best used them for years I have been there at last 10 time the have a outstanding shop and are very very nice to you from check in till check out I wish all Thermo kids were like this place. Peter L Pappas

Awesome place to stop! They have hot food, a nicely re-done convenient store with bathrooms 🚻👌and they even have a dog park. One side for large dogs and one side for smaller ones. Big trucks are in the back area and so it's not a huge pileup of cars & trucks. Oh, and if u get food, get fried chicken strips! They are VERY very good!

Came here twice they did me wrong. First time i came to change a belt on my APU they kept me for 2hours charge me over +$200 when i ask them how come changing a belt shouldn’t take 2hours they said they were looking for the right belt
Today i came for a quick PM i told them that i previously added too much oil on the unit and that’s when it stopped working everything were runing just fine prior to that they said they gonna troubleshoot it try to get it to work before doing a PM as i told them they didn’t fine anything wrong they check the batteries and said one needed to be changed that’s why the APU is not coming on and charge me over $200 this is not fair at all i would’ve understand charging me one hour of labor for checking the batteries and troubleshooting the APU which were unnecessary because i told them everything were fine. I came to get a PM done here end up paying $234 without a PM done on my unit basically i paid that amount for them to just check my batteries.
This has to stop us Trucking Driver get this kind of treatment all the time shops overcharge us all the time we work hard for our money stay away from home just to make a living and make other peoples lifes better by moving all the products that they need im sick of this. On several occasions I tried calling the cops on these so call shops (thieves) only statement i get is you requested their services. I feel like i just got robbed of $234 of my hard earned money. Never coming back here and wouldn’t advise it to anyone i know, they make you sit in the drivers lounge on purpose while they take their time working your truck at the end to charge extra work they didn’t do.

I know God is watching and taking notes the unjusts will never succeed.

Start service immediately and 3 times visit all 3 times same experience, clean place

Service was quick but beware they are VERY expensive almost $700 to service the apu oil and filter pretty much the same amount to service an engine

Went in with an APU that wouldn't cool and a trailer with leaking air tank. They checked the codes on APU, pressurized system and found no leaks. Put it under vacuum, and still no leaks. Added refrigerant, and my APU been happy ever since.

They had air tank for my flatbed trailer in stock, and changed it out.

All in all, service was great, and everyone I encountered there was friendly and helpful. The price was what it was, and cheaper than I went in expecting to pay. Wasn't "cheap" like some discount fly-by-night shop. The cost was in line with the level of service they provided.

I came in with a frozen load on and had lost refrigerant in my unit so it wasn’t cooling. They cot right on it. Done and out in just over 2 hours. Large yard to move around in. Not cheap. Thanks for handling my issue timely.
