Mr. Thomas and his team did an outstanding job on my rental property. I currently reside in GA and had to conduct business over the phone. He ensured that he returned my calls and texts in a timely manner. Answered all of my questions and explained in detail on what would be done. Very professional, courteous, and cost effective. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was promised for two whole weeks a visit to my home to provide a quote. Each promise to appear was followed up with yet another excuse for not showing up and an additional future date to appear, just to experience another no show. Eventually, after two weeks of this circus, the technician arrived and provided an estimate. The day before my family from out of town was due to arrive, I finally got someone to come to my hone and attempt an install. That did not go well, due to issues with my appliances. With now no time left to seek other options to get my appliances installed I was left without cooking ability to prepare meals for my out of town family members. I would not recommend this company. They seen too be very short on staff and very short on professionalism. Be weary.

I was looking for a New HVAC Unit. I called Solutions Heating & Air on Thursday afternoon, spoke w/Mr. Thomas & he came out that evening. He provided me with all of my option. I received a call from him stated that I will be able to get a unit on Saturday. The crew was very friendly, honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The owner is a true Christian. I have never felt taken advantage of or over charged. The employees are punctual, polite and wear booties to protect your flooring when inside your home. This company serviced my old unit until it had to replaced. When it was time to replace the unit, they provided options and were very helpful with explaining the different units for my size home. Would highly recommend this company.

Home Service sent Solutions Heating & Air to my home after another company for 2 days could not fix my heating problem. Solutions came to my house, they introduced themselves (Brandon and Marion). I explained the situation. They did a detailed inspection of my AC unit inside and outside. Brandon explained the problem, what was needed to fix the problem, and he did exactly that. Within the hour I had heat. Before they left, they made sure everything was working properly. I really appreciate the service I received. I will definitely use Solutions Heating and Air again. I have recommended Solutions Heating and Air to all my friends.

for years, I was tired of the constant change in personnel and service. I had definitely lost my confidence in them. Our service person from Solutions was on time, respectful and checked out our system. I signed a service contract on that one appointment. Don't hesitate, try them.

Thomas, Brandon and 2 others (my apologies for forgetting their names) were very professional, friendly, respectful (wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment), punctual and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Told us exactly what the problems were and the prices were very reasonable. After completing everything, they did a final walkthrough inside and out to make sure everything was working properly and answered all questions that were asked without hesitation. We really appreciate the service that we were given and will highly recommend Solutions Heating and Air to anyone who is having HVAC issues! We definitely will be working with them in the future!

We have worked with Thomas Bowman, owner of Solutions Heating and Air, for the past couple of years. I can honestly say that there is not a business owner who is nicer, more responsive, as professional, or as accommodating as Mr. Bowman. He is seriously the BEST!!!
