I had a bad thermostat, My a/c unit was working fine upstairs but not downstairs so I switched thermostat and it worked down stairs.I informed the tech this when He called me and he said o.k. He then convinced my wife that we needed to run a dianostic test and replaced parts I know did not needed replaced. My wife did agree but the tech never called me or did he leave the old parts for me to check.It cost me close to $ 400 not including parts because they were under warranty.I informed the office manager in MARCH 2015 she said she would let the service manager know. After repeated emails,He finally called me back during work hours in AUGUST 2015. My wife said the tech was very respectful and when they put the unit in just 1 1/2 years ago they did good work but service after the fact is very poor. I should have had a call back within a week of my 1st complaint, not 4 months later.
Had Blythewood HVAC service my gas logs, great job. The Tech was friendly professional and very through. He explained everything that he was doing and his attention to detail as outstanding!
When I need anything for my heating/air they are willing and happy to help. They are very dependable, friendly, and hard working. They do a great job and most of all they get the job done.
Everybody is extremely friendly and professional. They service both residential and Commercial properties. And are very efficient at troubleshooting Heating and cooling issues at an affordable rate.
Called for service and they showed up and got it going. However they didn’t check to see if it would shut off. Well it don’t ever shut off. Called to have them come out and they said they would. However they have to charge again for what they didnt fix the first time. Lady who answers the phone was rude and said they MIGHT not make the appt for today. MONDAY. This place is a joke
These people are hungry for money. I contacted them to run a gas line. They could have told me they didn't run gas lines over the phone. They sent a tech out to take pictures and never called to tell me they didn't run the gas lines. I had to call to inquire about this. Terrible customer service, I will NEVER use them ever again and never recommend them. $125 for a tech to come out and take pictures, ridiculous!!!!
There is no HVAC company I would trust more than this one. We are building a large custom home, and without hesitation, called this company to do the work. Thank you BHVAC!
