I had no heat. Of course it was in the afternoon so I thought it would be a day or two before I would get help. This was not the case. Zack came in the evening and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Also helped me get a maintenance agreement so they will come to check it and clean it 2x a year!!!! placed a call to Blythewood heating and air because my AC stoped working. They told me that a technician would call when they were on the way. Being a ICU nurse in a Covid unit I told them I would possibly not be able to answer the phone. I set up for someone to be there to let the technician in. I then called blythwood heating and air to give them the name and phone number of the technician . They took the information and said they would call this person Despite all the effort to get my AC looked at they called my phone. which I could not answer. When is was able to call the technition he said he would not come to repair the unit and I would have to reschedule. My 70 year old mother sat in my driveway for 3 hours and I still have no
AC. Very unprofessional way to do buisness
