I called their office yesterday after hours, they promptly called back this morning and could even offer us a slot this afternoon for our preventive maintenance. Their technician arrived timely and conducted a thorough inspection/cleaning. He offered detailed explanations and was very courteous. Quick and professional service at a reasonable price!

I was so impressed with M&B's service and installation a handful of years ago at our previous house, that I called on their services again to replace the heating and ac systems in our current home. Kenny, Heather, and Julie committed a great deal of effort and time to ensure that we were getting the best systems for the best value to meet our needs and wants. They all had the patience of saints when answering my seemingly never-ending questions and explained the options in very practical terms. Installation by Eric, Austin, Matt, and Shawn was very prompt and painless (for us, at least; I have no doubt that suffered silently in the heat). I highly valued the "hometown" service that everyone provided. They gave the same level of service you would expect from a friend or neighbor. That quality is extraordinarily hard to find nowadays. I cannot recommend M&B enough!

Installed new Carrier system at my business. Did a great job, installed went smoothly, guys were nice and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. Julie in the office is super nice and prompt in her returns calls and emails. Calvin came out next day after install to ensure everything was running smoothly. Great company!

Rick my technician did an awesome job and was very friendly throughout the entire process. The ladies at the office were also really friendly and nice and kept me posted on parts, every step in the process, and were very accommodating to my schedule.

Even signed up for their maintenance plan which also got me a discount on everything.

The team that Myatt & Bates sent to my house to replace my HVAC system including ducting and vents were jam up. There were a couple hiccups, but M&B immediately took action to make the corrections. M&B are all about customer service and satisfaction. I was highly impressed with Matt. He did not try to cut corners in any aspect of the job. He was nothing less than perfection in any of the tasks that needed to be done to get the job completed. He always asked if the space heaters they provided to keep me warm were good enough, and if not he would bring some more. The job was started on the 17th of January 2022. Needless to say we had a cold snap that week, but I was comfortable. I recommend M&B for all of your heating and air needs. Ask for Matt and his teammates!

This is our second time using M&B Heating and Air and they were awesome as always. Our technicians were excellent as well and even did extra work because the way our old system was installed was incorrect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a valuable and reliable AC repair or replacement.

I contacted M&B after being told by another company that my blower motor needed cleaning and that I needed to install a $4,000 air filtration system. To say the least I was a little hesitant since the system was only 2 1/2 years old, filters were changed regularly and I had a maintenance contract with the aforementioned company. I decided to get a second opinion and contacted M&B after visiting the Carrier website and then reading all of the reviews on Google and Facebook.

From my first contact with Heather it has been a great experience. She provided pricing for a service visit, a full blower cleaning (if needed) and an annual maintenance contract. All of the pricing was fair. I scheduled an appointment and was given a time slot and the name of the technician, Calvin. Heather was very helpful and does an excellent job of representing the company.

Calvin called prior to the appointment to confirm his arrival time. When he arrived, he explained that he would inspect the blower motor to determine if a cleaning was required. It was not! Regardless he pulled the motor to show me and then proceeded to blow off what little dust was there. He also sprayed the motor with a disinfectant. Calvin is very knowledgeable and professional.

Based on my experience with Heather and Calvin, I entered into an annual maintenance contract with M&B. I am looking forward to having M&B service my HVAC system for many years.

I initially contacted a differnet company to get an estimate on cleaning 10 mini-splits. They charged me to come to the house and the estimate they gave me was 3 times as much as the estimate I received for free, over the phone, with M&B. The two technicians that arrived(on time) were professional and curteous. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend M&B to service your mini-splicts or traditional heating and air system. They are top notch and I will keep them on speed dial in my phone for futre services!

M&B Heating and Air always does an awesome job for me! I had a problem with my HVAC unit and a bad circuit board. They went out of their way to expedite shipping of the part so they could get it here and get my system back online during very hot days. My regular technician, Keith, made a point to be here as soon as the part was received so he could get the problem fixed. I am always treated well and appreciate the service I receive from M&B!
