I cannot say enough good things about Ryan’s Heating and Air! Ryan was very friendly and professional on the phone. Returned my call immediately unlike the other companies I called. They were able to come out when I was available and quickly fixed my problem. Very dependable and honest! Thank y’all!

This company replaced a unit at our home. The team who came for the install was absolutely unprofessional. A rug was put down for them to walk on and put a ladder down on inside our home. They took it up and scratched the floor. They left trash in the attic. Empty tape rolls, parts of old AC, and candy wrappers in my yard. One was eating hard candy and just kept throwing the wrappers down in the yard. They left and we left at the same time as them to go to dinner. We came home and the entire house smelled of propane. After a fuss to get them out, one gentleman comes and finds out the team had not tighten a connector and left one entire line off! I lost almost all of my propane! They of course didn’t pay for that. They pushed the vent on top of my house out and left it that way on the roof…Then it quit cooling. They said it was fine. However when they finally came out a couple days later it needed Freon… we knew it wasn’t working right but to talk to them on the phone things are fine. Fast forward a couple months later to today, it isn’t cooling.. the lines are not cold coming off the AC and it’s blowing warm air. Our house won’t go below 75. Ryan’s words were “I’m not concerned if it doesn’t get above 80” so because it’s 89 outside the AC won’t cool. He also said it should take 1 hour per hour to cool. Our AC has been running over 2 hours. We’ve also found out the ac unit is to small for the house and they say it isn’t. I’m extremely upset and would never use this company again. Ever! Beware.. and check your propane tanks prior to their arrival!!

Ryan and his team were very helpful and communitative. Ryan gave us options for our system hookup and pros and cons of each option. He was quickly responsive to questions before, during, and after installation. We highly recommend Ryan and his team.

They came quickly and gave me a quote but then never came and did the job. Never would return my call either

They try to over charge for a service and wanted to replace the House air condition unit. Their is not a leak in my unit.

Just awesome in every way possible!! Been to my house 5 times. Comes the same day that I call him.

They installed the ac unit in my house in 2004 and its still doing great 13 years later! Highly recomend!
