Mountain Air Heating and Cooling

I am a Realtor and have been using Mountain Air for all of my clients for years now. You will NOT find a more efficient, honest, knowledgable HVAC company anywhere. These folks now what they are doing and always tell the truth. I've had a few times when their diganosis has been challenged by a second opinion/builder etc but Mountain Air has always ended up being the ones proven correct. I trust them and their staff tremendously and love knowing that I am providing my clients with the best HVAC company around!

This company serviced my home in Irmo after another company really tried to rip me off. I called Mountain Air Heating and Cooling and they came out the same day and fixed the problem!!! You can't beat honesty, it says it all about the owner and his employees. I have moved and I moved them with me, lol. Just so you know not only do they service and take care of my home, I switched with who we are using at the Dental office I manage and couldn't be happier. Excellent work Mountain Air Heating and Cooling completed on our new home. We had a hefty list of fixes that needed attention and the work that was completed at my home was QUALITY work. I was very impressed and looking forward to doing more business with this org in the future.

My ductwork under the house was in bad shape. It had many leaks.JB with Mountain Air came out to price up replacing the ductwork and in the process found that the return was not properly sized. All of this was original to the 25 year old home. My first experience after everything was complete was that I could barely hear the unit running. Then i received my first power bill following the work and it was $131.00. In 15 years we have never had a bill that low. In the past the lowest was probably around $220.00. The Install looked great. They put in a main trunk that was a longer than the original. The guys that did the work were great. Thanks Mountain Air for a great job!!!

Excellent experience with this company. Technician Chris was very experienced in the emergency situation that we had. Husband has medical problems and MAHAC responded within 1 hour not even knowing his issue. I state this because a well known company that we have a contract with could not support us until Monday although situation happened during the week-end. When the tech left the home, he explained in great detail the 5 w's of the situation. OMG, we all were so happy to have AC due to trying to sleep in the house with temp over 94%. Monday morning, manager called for overview of situation, never had this with the contracted company (wow). Communication and dedication to the job was a key factor throughout this situation. May not be a big company but a people's company. Thanks guys for having Chris and his peer partner on board because you are the best!!

We needed to add a gas line to our kitchen for the new stove we bought...they did an excellent job from beginning to end and even helped swap the stoves to ensure everything was in working order. They were so pleasant and professional - a joy to have at the house!

I called them on a Sunday evening because my air conditioner was off. They were willing to come immediately, but it was a cooler evening, so i said it could wait. They were at my home the next morning and solved my problem. Reasonably priced, professional and courteous. I recommend them highly!

Good customer service at a competitive price. The installation of the mitsubishi mini- split heating and cooling unit was professionally done as promised on the date agreed upon.

Brittany and her crew are very efficient and professional. Within in an hour they were at the house and problem solved. Very honest and showed us everything they did and checked. Other companies would not even return our calls. Highly recommended.
