After 26 years, we replaced our HVAC unit with another company. At the same time, we had other repairs done under our house for a moisture problem. The other HVAC company never mentioned that we needed to replace the duct work. A friend recommended Mountain Air, who came to have a look the same day, gave a detailed estimate the next day with a follow up phone call. They gave an estimated time to complete the job, showed up, were very professional and completed the job!! They also had to make some repairs to the new HVAC unit because the other company didn't install it properly. They explained what they were doing as they went, and completed the work timely. It was refreshing to work with a company that was very concerned that we were satisfied and took pride in their work. Definitely recommend and they will get all of our business in the future. We received a follow up call several weeks later to check to make sure everything was working!!! GREAT JOB Mountain Air!!!!!!

The Mountain Air employees have always been professional and attentive to detail. They always come with everything they need to do their job and if they make any kind of a little mess, they're quick to clean it up. I won't call anyone else. These people are punctual, very friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was such a pleasure to work with JB and his team. From my first phone call I experienced nothing but professionalism and quick responses from his office. JB took all the time I needed explaining products, services and answering all my questions to allow me to make a decision. He was not pushy at all, which I appreciated. What a great experience! JB and his team from Mountain Air helped us take an old messy system and upgrade to a mini-split ductless one! We had to replace the HVAC system in our last house as well, and we never felt that company did what they said they were going to do, and we never saw any results from the “high efficiency” we had purchased.
Totally different experience from Mountain Air—JB took the time to help us design a system that really met our needs without adding extras that weren’t necessary. He was honest (not a “salesman”) and we felt we could really trust his experience! Tony and Russ did such a great job with installation and communicated with us well (what a concept!).

We have a four-year-old mini split unit in our bedroom that was having issues. Mountain Air was the third heating and air company that came out to look at it. The plate with serial number had fallen off the unit and the other two heating and air company’s basically gave up and said they didn’t have enough information to fix it without that. Basically their suggestion was to replace a perfectly good unit just because they didn’t have an easy fix for it. The guys from mountain air We’re very courteous. They made a trip out to see what they were dealing with and went back and did research. They came back with a solution and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. We were very pleased with mountain air!

I first learned of Mountain Air about 5 years ago when they installed new ductwork in my home prior to a remodel. Mr JB said to me "If we don't earn your business, our competitors will !" I have called upon Mountain Air since for all my semiannual maintenance. They are most professional and never try to sell you options as their competitors do.
