Had a great experience with Boucher HVAC. Both the office scheduler and technician were professional and on time. The office scheduler and technician were responsive to all my questions and keep me informed. I would highly recommend Boucher HVAC based on my experience.

Boucher HVAC has been great to work with. They have installed two brand new complete heating and AC systems for me. Brad and his team were punctual, competitively priced, and made the transition seamless. I would recommend them for annual maintenance and new installations.

I called at night for an issue at a property. They called right back and I spoke to an on call person. Then they called again the next morning and I was able to schedule right away. They were friendly and easy to work with. They will be my new go to company and will highly recommend them to friends.

I would not recommend this company. They did not fix my problem but charged me over $600 for nothing! The "technician" rambled around my home for hours and insulted the condition of my home. He was unprofessional and rude. What was supposed to be a repair was an over 4 hour "diagnostic" visit. Completely pointless. Save your time and money and call a company that can actually do something.

Had an excellent service visit from Boucher HVAC. Mario the serviceman was terrific, pleasant, smiling and positively helpful in every way. He went above and beyond because we had a safety issue. Extremely happy with their service and with Mario.

The first HVAC vendor I called said I had a refrigerant leak and I needed a new unit in the attic, big bucks. I called Boucher on the recommendation of a friend. Rob, Boucher's technician, did not find a leak, serviced the units and now my upstairs AC is running the best it ever has.

We have a central air conditioning unit that needed a capacitor re installed , they came out and put a new one in fairly fast . At 110$ an hour it cost but it got done right ! Thank you. Would recommend for sure.

First service call with Boucher was confidence inspiring. Hunter was knowledgeable and helpful. We will be using Boucher for all our rentals and our home going forward.

They were very punctual and super professional. I was expecting good service but they went above and beyond. Would recommend them for any HVAC builds/repairs/maintenance.

Brad and his team are exceptional! I found everyone from the office staff to the technicians to be exceedingly kind and patient with one who knows nothing about heating and air conditioning. They don't do anything that isn't required and they always provide options.
