Matt just left after servicing our Santa Fe Classic dehumidifier. After listening to the problems we were having & a quick diagnostic check, he topped off the refrigerant and increased the efficiency - bringing it back to design specs in no time. Everyone I met throughout this process was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Bridget in the office was calming and reassuring when I first called Ocean State in a panic because a home inspector found dormant mold in my attic. Craig came out to inspect the situation, contacted the inspector to ensure the scope of work would fully satisfy the inspection recommendations and put together a quote within a couple days. They worked with my homeowners insurance and quickly responded to all of my (never ending) questions. When the buyers pushed up the date of the closing, Craig reworked his team’s schedule so that my house would be completed before the closing date. All of the technicians who came to the house to work were polite and friendly. I couldn’t get over how clean they kept everything as they worked. When they finished, the room was cleaner than it was before they started. I would definitely recommend Ocean State Air to anyone and trust that they will get the same level of service from Craig and his team. Again, thank you so much Ocean State Air!

The planning and execution of this installation of two units went very well. The technicians were on time, excellent team players and worked with purpose every hour. They were polite and considerate. From the very first contact with the office, Ocean State Air was responsive, professional and really seemed to care about our situation. The appointment process was easy and seamless and the technician appeared on time, was respectful of our space and was just a really good person. I can't answer the "good value" because this is the first time I've called on heating/cooling technicians for repair. But they responded whereas the company that installed the three units were looking three/four weeks ahead.

I had Ocean State Air install an air-source heat pump (mini split) for me and the service could not have been better. They worked out the best location for the equipment with me and were very flexible when I had delays getting ready for them. The installation is immaculate and my space is now efficiently nice and warm! And will be efficiently nice and cool for the next heatwave!

I am so impressed with this company. They installed LG splits in my 1978 house. They delivered on every promise on time with good quality. I did run into a small issue with my system about 9 months after installation. I called them on a Saturday at 11:00 AM. By 12:30 there was a technician at my house. The issue was resolved by 1:30. Very happy and I have recommended them to many of my neighbors.
