Our experience w Ocean State has been nothing but excellent, from their installation of Central Air , to ongoing maintenance. Professional, thorough, timely, high quality work. If you're looking for a heating/ A/C /air handling company, these are your guys (and women!).

My family purchased a home free of mold in the Wakefield area, but the attached garage had walls full of it from previous water leaks....we lived out of state at the time of purchase and l needed trustworthy "boots on the ground" to help me. That was exactly what we received with Ocean State Air. Ocean State's team came in and did a fabulous total mold remediation and at my request hired and oversaw a reconstruction group to tear out walls, rebuild them, plaster and repaint. Upon their advice we installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier in the basement as well to keep moisture under control there. I cannot say enough about Ocean State Air.
They are honest, deliver the work as promised, and kept in touch with me in encouraging ways throughout the entire process. We had mold testing after the project was finished. None in the house and none in the garage. End of story. A job well done, and we are very grateful! ,

Installed a dehumidifier (Santa Fe) in my crawl space to mitigate humidity issues. Did a good job evaluating the set-up, sizing the unit, and an excellent install job. Easy to work with, would recommend them. They perform a number of HVAC-related services related to crawl spaces (mold remediation, etc.).

We had a water damage and mold problem in our basement because our concrete front steps had settled and pulled away from our home's foundation. They found the problem, repaired the damage and gutted the entire lower level down to the studs. They were quick, clean and friendly and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I hope I never need to use them again but I'd call them in a second if it did!

Call multiple times left messages and spoke with staff. Never received a call back.

I left two messages on a female employee’s voice mail for a service call and spoke with someone who stated, “ the person to set you up as a new customer will call you back.” It never happened. I do understand that this is an extremely business time for you and your staff. I have edited my rating and will be calling in the hopes of getting through and becoming a satisfied customer.

Ocean state installed a compete HVAC system in our house complete with duct work. The work was done in the winter, and now that it is end of May they reached out to me to make sure that everything was ok, and then sent someone to our home to test the AC before using it for the first time. This company and everyone who works for them are of the utmost professionalism.

Great service - honest advice. I have an old system which they were more than happy to attempt to repair - but they were honest with me, and gave me a number of options including repair or replacement. First experience with them, but highly recommend!!

Noah Banks did a great job servicing/cleaning our wall units and central a/c. He additionally discovered crossed wires which remedied another issue. Very efficient also. Thanks!
