Great service. Technician arrived during the expected time (3 hour window). He performed maintenance and exceeded our expectations by replacing a failing pump that could’ve cause an issue during Winter months. This was a repeat visit after servicing our AC (Mr. Slim) unit this Summer. We definitely recommend BOSS.

Cory was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He explained the problem with the unit and took care of everything to get it up and running properly.

I had no heat. Within an hour the repair man was at my house and repaired my boiler. He was excellent. My first experience was excellent. Very pleased with the service.

Prompt estimating; very high price. Expect around $8k per minisplit unit, and they don’t include electrical. Will see where other quotes come in and revise review from there.
