Just sending a shout out to Dave, Bryon and their father, George to let everyone know what a great company this is. We have been using Landolt service for over 20 years and they never disappoint. They work hard to get you what you need, when you need it AND at the best possible price. They will even tell you if they have a used system that they can sell you. They always guarantee their work. PLEASE give them a try. Local and Reliable.

Bryon and Dave are professionals in every sense. The are prompt, no nonsense, honest, and know the fine details of heating and air equipment. The HVAC business has a good share of charlatans - so beware when choosing a service company. These two guys are on the opposite end of that spectrum. They take pride in their work.
This is a great company!!! The people who came to my home were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care in making sure I understood everything they were doing and how to maintain and use my equipment.

When I didn't have heat, I needed my furnace looked at on Christmas Eve and they couldn't have been more responsive. Fixed it so I had heat after the first visit and followed up with a part within a week. All at an exceptionally reasonable cost. Local and knowledgeable, I won't call anyone else again!
We have used them in the past. Came out to our house on a extremely cold January morning and fixed our furnace that was not working very fast and at a reasonable price. When it came time to replace our almost 20 year old system and add a central air. We called 3 places and hands down was the most professional quote and did not try to oversell unneeded upgrades and other services. Listened to our needs and wants, came up with a solid system at a reasonable price. Fast, courteous and very professional. I'm a hover-er, I like to see whats going on and ask questions. Answered all my questions, responded intently to my concerns and even assisted with some other minor items I added to the quote. My older house needed custom bent ducts and they look fabulous and professionally built. Cannot thank you enough for the cold air that is blowing out of those vents.
I did not pay to have this company do work for me. BUT this company did work on the house next door to me and I have security camera’s that went off all day because the an employee named Dave that works for them was to lazy to walk around the house he was working on and instead used my driveway/yard as his walking path. Nothing is more rude and disrespectful then to have someone who is just to lazy go on your property. When Dave was asked why he was trespassing his response was well I didn’t go to the door. Maybe if he would have gone to the door and asked I wouldn’t be leaving this post. JUST THINK IF THIS PERSON IS TO LAZY TO WALK A FEW EXTRA FEET AND CUTS CORNERS DO YOU REALLY WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR HOUSE???
It is appropriate they have “service” in the name of the business, as they are OUTSTANDING and you will not find better service from any HVAC provider. Used several other companies prior to calling Landolt Service and they are BY FAR the best. They are fair and honest and just generally good people. I’ve always felt they take the same level of care in servicing my home as they would their own... which is the highest compliment you can give to any contractor.
We have hired Landolt Service Inc multiple times during at least a ten year period of time at three different houses, both for repairs and the purchase of a boiler and two furnaces. George Landolt and his two sons, Dave and Bryon, have been the most trustworthy, professional and responsive employees we have ever hired for any type of home repair or purchase. They sell quality products, provide verbal and written information about the work that needs to be done, and do exceptional installation and repairs. Landolt has been providing service to my family for decades, always doing an excellent job. When I was growing up, my parents used them exclusively and still do to this day. When my wife and I purchased our own home and we had our furnace die on a Friday night in February, we immediately called Landolt and they helped us out in a big way. The next year when it was time to do the air conditioner, they truly went above and beyond for us. The information they provide is to the straight to the point and while I know absolutely nothing about heating and AC, they help explain what my money will get me and make the process easy and understandable. We always feel we're getting quality products and service, every time.

They always respond asap to our calls and provide excellent service. Their prices are very fair. And, besides everything else they are a very nice, personable and honorable team !

They installed central air four years ago and replaced the furnace this year in our 100 year old home. They are a very honest small family run business and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I felt their price was very fair and I highly recommend them.
