We've had Square One Heating & Cooling on 3 separate events with a furnace and air conditioner - each time they were fabulous! Fast, one-time, explained what was happening and options. Top performance and I will call them again!
Our service tech, John, arrived at the time he said, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the problem in a timely manner. John was efficient and very friendly. We'll certainly contact Square One if we have any future issues with the furnace or air conditioner.
After a bad experience with another company Jared and Nate came out and did a great job installing a new one. They took their time and didn’t rush. Thank you!
The worker sent over to us was so, so nice and helpful! They came over same day within two hours of calling. Fixed the issue and left us with knowledge for next time.
We used Square One for a second time. Last year we used for our AC and Furnace replacement and now an air conditioner for my mom's house. Great service from phone call to schedule appointment to job being repaired and would highly recommend this company!! Technician was here before the scheduled time. Had problem diagnosed and repaired in less that 30 minutes. Very friendly.
Joevani arrived within an hour of our call to diagnose the problem with our furnace. The heat exchanger was cracked. Since the furnace was 25 yrs old, we opted to replace it with a Bryant Preferred 96% efficient furnace. Chris and Brandon installed the new furnace. All 3 of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job! We highly recommend Square One Heating & Cooling!

Square One installed my new AC unit. The crew was polite, work was done smoothly and quickly. They did a great job! I would highly recommend Square One for all your HVAC issues.
AC stopped working last year, different company said compressor was blown and whole unit would need replaced. Wasn't ready for that kind of expense so we waited til this year to try and fix it. Called Square One today to see what it would cost to replace. They dispatched a tech quickly. The technician diagnosed and fixed the bad capacitor(s) in 30 min. Not only do we have working AC, but it was far less costly than I expected due to the fact that they correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. I am impressed with their customer service from both the person who answered the phone and the technician who fixed the problem. I Plan on calling Square one next time we have any HVAC issues.

5 stars We had Shaw Danielson out to fix our furnace when it went out this past weekend. Long story short he was polite, knowledgeable and quick. Now we are signed up for a maintenance plan and looking to replace the old furnace with air conditioner through Square One also. Thank you Shaw! Mike and Mary H. Union Grove I Give Shaw a 5/5!!!!
Chris and Nick were excellent technicians. Heat went out due to a warrantied part failure and they replaced quickly. Support staff were excellent on the phone as well. Would highly recommend!
