Jack arrived on time and was very professional. Examined the issue, asked a couple questions regarding what I'd already done as the home owner, then quickly diagnosed the problem. New capacitor was installed in two minutes. Whole visit was about 20 minutes and now my house is cool again. Would highly recommend Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning!!

We needed a new force air conditioning. After estimates from other companies, Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning gave us the best price. They were very professional and competent of HVAC system. Scott and Justin did a great job! Started early morning and worked the whole day. It was freezing outside and probably one of the worst days to work outside or without heat but they didn't complain. They did a very clean job and explained how the system worked. They were very professional and would recommend Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone. Love the new system!

After installation of a furnace in my house by Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning, I entered into a contract with them that they service it yearly and charge a reasonable fee for the same. I had really forgotten of such an arrangement until a technician knocked at my door a year later. He took his time, replaced the filter, adjusted the thermostat and explained that everything else was working perfectly. Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning are affordable and have the best technicians. I needed a new Heating/AC unit so I called them. They assured me that they were able to do the installation as quick as I wanted. Scott and Kevin, the technicians arrived at the exact promised time, did the installation and finished within very few hours. Scott answered all my questions and explained how to use the new system. He walked us through the options and guided us in making best decision. The installation unfolded as promised.
