The technician was professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything during the service call and made me feel comfortable. I was totally impressed with the quality of his work and the prompt and efficient service provided. I will definitely use Liberty Heating and Cooling in the future for any HVAC issues I may encounter.

5 star customer service from the time I called until the job was completed. Prompt and courteous. Awesome and fast service always. Signing up for their service schedule is recommended by me. This is the only heating and air service I will use.
Absolutely First Class from start to finish. My old hvac unit finally finished out its service, so I was in need of a complete new unit. The team was out to assess what was needed and applied for financing in the driveway. The installers showed me everything and were very nice and polite. Answered any and all questions with respect. Just a Five-Star experience from beginning to end! Highly recommended
Ken was prompt with service, and immediately found the problem. He explained it well, outlined the fix, and had us good to go super quickly! He went above and beyond to clean the pan in our unit as well. This will be the only service we use moving forward!
We just had an emergency service done on our furnace Heating unit this morning. We called this morning and in about an hour Jay Harrison was at our door. He was very courteous and professional and took care of our problem in no time. We definitely recommend Liberty Heating and Cooling.
George and his assistant came to install the unit and it went incredibly smoothly. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they managed to get the job done perfectly. Kudos to them both! The next day we had a problem with the new unit, but they quickly identified it and fixed it in no time. Corbin 7 Furnace made an excellent impression with these guys.

Liberty Heating and Cooling deserves all the awesome reviews! I received on point responses by text and was able to get the visit arranged and scheduled within minutes without a phone call. Richard arrived within the projected time window. He was polite, efficient, informative and effective.
They want to charge 150 to give me an estimate for 2 new ac units. Talk about penny wise and pound foolish. The fact that nobody else in the area charges for estimates just lost them the opportunity to get 5 to 8k in revenue and a new customer.
They are always courteous and have exceptional service. Their after hours service is awesome if you have an emergency. Everyone is honest and dependable. The technicians are knowledgeable. Their rates are very competitive. I highly recommend Liberty Heating and Cooling .
