I am very happy with the service and professionalism of this company. I had a problem with my furnace, and they were able to come out immediately to look at it. I recently had Ben and Raymond come to the house to replace old heat pump and air handler. They were professional, mindful, genuinely nice, and provided a great installation job. They left no trace other than brand new equipment. They were patient in explaining the air filters and replacement, the new thermostat, and the various safety/operation manuals. It was a pleasure to watch them work as they were true professionals.

Having started to have issues with my old Carrier furnace. I called Raymond's Commercial HVAC and they sent someone right away. They found an issue with the heat exchanger and provided some options for repair. I decided to replace it as it made sense taking into consideration the age of the furnace. Raymond's Commercial HVAC sent its team of technicians over on the day promised. They actually arrived a bit earlier than promised. They advised me to buy a superior furnace (if finances allowed). After sourcing for one, the work started immediately. The crew was exceptional! Very neat and professional They even finished a bit earlier than expected and then did a complete check out and instructed us on the operation of the furnace. It has been working better than expected for over a month. I highly recommend Raymond's Commercial HVAC!
