I was seeking out an air duct cleaning company for I did not believe the home I bought from previous owner's ever having had their 12 air ducts cleaned out. I had dust in my home all the time causing me MAJOR allergies and health concerns. I checked the BBB and found Capital Heating, Cooling, and duct cleaning. Their ratings/reviews were highly rated. Alex from Capital One Heating and Cooling did a "FANTASTIC JOB" beyond belief. Also would like to praise this company for providing pictures ahead of time of the person who will be arriving at my home to complete the service. That alone shows how much Capital one cares. This company really cares about their customers, reaching out to me to remind me of my biannual service schedule. While they were servicing my heater they discovered by water heater was broken and leaking. They didn't skip a beat and got to work right away replacing it for me and at a fair price. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work produced.
When I broke my thermostat Dave and Alex came out the very next day and fixed it right away. They were fast and reasonably priced. They even put a back plate on for me behind the thermostat that I had been struggling with. I’m always happy with the service this company provides and this visit was especially nice since they did me a favor and put the back plate on the wall.
My furnace wasn't working so I called around 5:30 a.m. and was able to speak with a person. They scheduled a visit between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. but called me to see if they could start early, which was great. Dave and Bill were fantastic and performed some maintenance to get me back up and running. Both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I asked them some unrelated questions about my water heater and they educated me quite a bit. Definitely would recommend and will be my first call going forward.
If I could give Todd & the folks at Heating and Cooling Solutions 10 Stars I would. They have saved me more than one time. The weather has been very warm for this area. My air has been running a lot. My air conditioner was past it's prime, froze up and needed to be replaced. Todd came out after hours, evaluated the situation and said he would see if he had a unit or where he could get one for us. This was on Wednesday. He scheduled the install for Friday figuring it would take a day to get the unit in. Thursday morning I received a call that they were able to get a unit and would we want it installed that day. In less than 24 hours from the time I called I had my new unit installed. I cannot thank you all enough.
Arrived within 45 min. A/C not working. Removed the earwig and replaced wires. Always efficient, polite and professional! I highly recommend them.
Todd was very professional and knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a new system. Quick on giving me an estimate and gave me a lot of options to choose from. Jess was great to talk to. Very efficient. No issues with paperwork, billing or scheduling. Josh and Sam were quick in removing and installing the new A/C and furnace. They did a great job of explaining the new systems before they left and answered all my questions. Thank you all for making this an easy upgrade.
Dave, Mat and Tony were excellent! My water heater was leaking and these guys came out same day inspected, installed and removed my old water heater. They took their time and made sure everything was done correctly and explained to me how the new water heater worked. Such a relief knowing I don't have to worry about the water heater leaking anymore!
Were able to help me replace a faulty furnance VERY quickly, super flexible and nice on the phone and Anthony and Jake did an awesome job installing. 10/10 would recommend for any work!
Great service so far, called prior to arriving on the prescheduled window of time. Jesse was great at answering questions while I booked my new AC install. 12/22/21: install of new furnace. Same great service all around.
I have been with this company since 2013 for a reason. I HIGHLY RECOMEND them. Heating & Cooling Solutions LLC is amazing. The techs are polite, skilled and knowledgeable. They respond fast and their prices are fair. However, the most important aspect of this company is that they still have the personalized feeling and practices that make a company great! My most recent experience is as follows. So, my heat went out over the weekend. Turned out to be a bad blower motor (still under warranty). Problem was, that motor is impossible to find according the manufacturer. They found one for me within a day of finding out that the part wasn't available. Jesse, who is an amazing tech, came out and installed it almost immediately. They went above and beyond in customer service. You cant go wrong by hiring this company!
Jake, Jeff, Matt did a great job on installing an A.C. Unit to my forced air system, so we could have Central Air in our home, they were professional, quick, respectful, and easy to speak to about any of my questions. Thanks we are so grateful to have this Central Air in our home and to the people and company that installed it!!!
Amazing service! Jesse was here within 3 hours of our request for service and arranged for cooling units while we waited for a new furnce and air conditioning unit. Less than 2 weeks later, Jake, Dave, and Matt got everything installed within 5 hours, and walked us through everything we needed to know. Great guys and great company!
Heating & Cooling Solutions installed a mini-duct A/C and heating system in my home. They were extremely professional and completed the job in under 8 hours. The system had a few issues at first (manufacturer's issue), and they were very responsive. They came out several times on off-hours to fix the issue, and when I called to report the issue, they seemed genuinely upset for me that the issue was occurring. The system is working perfectly now. I would definitely recommend.
We were extremely pleased with our experience with HCS. From them coming to the house to provide us with a quote to the day of installation. On time, very professional and polite. Put down drop cloths and cleaned up when they were finished. Even finished the job ahead of schedule with the assistance of a 2nd crew that stopped to help. We had to turn on the A/C this weekend and no issues and the unit was very quiet. We would definitely recommend them.
I called Heating and Cooling Solutions LLC because my central air was not cooling the house. I noticed my coils were frozen around the AC unit outside. I called on a SUNDAY! I received a call back within 10 minutes. I spoke to Todd and told him what I found. While on the phone, Todd directed me on how to resolve the problem, instead of coming out to my house and charging me a service call, when he knew what the issue was and that I could resolve it! For the first time, I felt I was NOT taken advantage of. WHO DOES THAT?! Now this is extraordinary customer service and means if I ever need any Heating and Cooling services, I will be contacting only them for future services again! I immediately referred Heating and Cooling Solutions LLC to my friends and family. Many Thanks Todd!
I am so thankful that I chose this small business to replace my furnace/ac unit. The young men: Sam, Anthony, and Matt, were not only knowledgeable but so respectful and personable. They talked of the love for their jobs and company. Their work ethic was unsurpassable. I commend the owner of HCS Heating and Cooling, Todd, for creating a company where his employees feel valued, are fairly compensated, and love what they do! It’s not rocket science. If you value your employees, they will surpass your expectations!
Jake and Dave were absolutely awesome. Both were extremely professional and efficient. Both Jake and Dave explained the process and made sure we were satisfied prior to their departure. Also Jess was very nice when calling the business, always courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others!
