The technician who showed up was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He went beyond to give us a free filter and cut it to fit our difficult space with no problem. He was very professional and friendly.He also took his time to clean up after he was done. He was very honest and his charges were very fair.I highly recommend them.
These guys really know what they are doing. They offer the latest in technology and are well trained. The last HVAC system they put in for me has a gem killing add on unit that will keep my employees healthy. They are experts in what they do. They are neat, professional, and in time and budget.
We couldn't be pleased with our experience with Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC. Sam installed a ductless air conditioning system for us a couple of weeks ago. The quote was a little more than 2 other companies, but they use the highest quality products and their client service was more than worth it. We would happily use them again.
The specialist were extremely competent and orderly. Unfortunately the compressor unit was defective and so they proposed replacing the circuit board but that did not work. They had to install a new compressor unit expeditiously since it was getting really hot! Exceptional guys to work with.

He went way beyond the usual service call and devoted all the necessary time to teach me everything I needed or wanted to know about my heating and air-conditioning system. This was a great experience. The appointment was easy to book and they followed up with a phone call to notify me of the tech on his way as they said they would. Our service tech Sam was a pleasure. He was professional and quick at resolving the issue! He also gave us tips to conserve energy with the thermostat settings. I will definitely use Mattco Heating & Cooling again.
With Mattco Heating & Cooling, it seems it really doesn't matter who you get to service your appliances because all technicians are fabulous. Sam spent time to remedy the issue for me. He kept me informed all through and was polite, courteous and professional to the hilt. I don't trust anyone else!
My AC (20 years old) broke down one hot Thursday afternoon, and on a very short notice the team at Mattco Heating & Cooling was able to source the part, pick it up across the city, and install it late on Friday before closing for the weekend. The service was excellent, and the team extremely polite. They fully disclosed the costs of the part as compared to the cost for the installation etc. I will always call Mattco Heating & Cooling in the future.
