Very quick and professional. They replaced both the furnace and water heater. 3 months later when we had a problem with the water heater they showed up in 3 hours and got us hot water again.
Steve Ryan and Diego was very professional working on my home for the last two days. They was very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything so I can understand it.
We couldn't be happier with J&E Heating and Cooling! We had several workers come through over the course of two days - Juan, Luis, Gabriel, Ryan, & Steve (forgive me if I've forgotten someone). ALL of these gentlemen were professional, polite, and hardworking. They were a pleasure to have in our home and they did an outstanding job! We're so happy to have a new, highly efficient furnace (with an integrated humidifier) and water heater. J&E, you have relieved so many concerns for us. THANK YOU!!

Junior, the owner, came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by a well known owner of an electrical company in Kenosha. I started by going thru Costco which was a disappointment to say the very least. The HVAC company that Costco uses attempted to sell another carrier that was not part of Costco's agreement with their vendor. So I took the gamble and interviewed Junior. As soon as he said DAIKIN, he was in! A close realtor friend in Scottsdale AZ did extensive research on mini-splits and told me IF you could find a dealer who carries Daikin (super quiet system), choose them! My job was done within a few days of meeting Junior. A 2 day install with perfect detailing, professional, on time, etc., etc. And their price was so reasonable. Am I HAPPY!, you betcha.
Had a coupon from Spring and called them, estimate guy showed up 2 hours later. The old system was 42 years old and I knew it was on borrowed time. Well, time ran out Thursday morning. Friday morning a 4 crew team arrived and had a complete system functioning by 3 pm. I expected at higher total cost but was extremely pleased my total was below 6 G's. A well prepared group of installers just working their tails off.
Definitely would recommend, they are honest, dependable and competitive prices. I will be using them for any AC/Heating issues I have!
Would have to change review was called and pretty much asked to change review. Had a lot of excuses but never took responsibility. After being badger for 10 min had to pretty much say good bye. Which prompt me to change to one star.They did install a new furnance pretty good job but they really left a mess on the carpet and floor. Also had to call them back because fan would not turn off. Told 2 day and still had to call on second day asking if they were coming back.
J&E and Juan (specifically) is an honest, reliable and thorough heat & cooling specialist. I first used J&E last year when I had a new unit installed (by another company). We started to have problems with the new unit almost right away. There was significant humidity. I called the other company several times and they said everything was “fine”. It wasn’t. My house was like a sauna. I found J & E on Nextdoor. Several neighbors highly recommended. From being on time to quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Juan has always been on time, reasonable, honest and trustworthy. He came back once again when I had my heater just stopped working (right before the huge winter storm). He fixed the issue but needed to come back with the new part. Again he said it was fixed but was could not guarantee that it would not happen again unless the part was replaced He was honest- and after the storm. He contacted me to get it fixed permanently. I highly recommend J & E and you should give them a call if you need help with your air con/ heater.
Responded promptly, I had already diagnosed a bad HSI and requested a replacement, was notified the service call would be 75$. Tech came and replaced the HSI approx 15 minutes charged 19 for parts and 95 for labor/ I was unhappy that I was not explained beforehand the rates, and that the service call would not be calculated in labor. Total bill 202$ for a 20 dollar part I had already diagnosed and took under 15 minutes to replace Update--- from 3 to 5 stars Received a call about my issues and was promptly remedied on all counts. Outstanding follow up support ---Recommend!
Very dependable and honest people. Anytime I have an issue with my furnace or a/c, the owner takes care of me as soon as possible. Would recommend them to anyone!!!
Great service and price
Our AC went out this summer in the middle of a streak of 90 degree days. I requested J&E Heating and Cooling through our home warranty company because I heard about their reputation of having very skilled and knowledgeable staff. Let me say they didn't disappoint. The technician that stopped by was very polite and professional and was able to get our AC back up and running in a very short amount of time. I'm very satisfied with it this company A+
Our warranty provider sent this company to fix our central air today. Another company was supposed to come a week from now, but we have a baby in the house and needed the work to be expedited. They transferred us to this company and they came and fixed our air the same day!! Gerardo was very professional and kind. We appreciate you coming so quickly to fix our A/C. We are so grateful for the amazing customer service! I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know!!
Angel,Rick&steve were polite, on time and installed our new Air conditioner,and heater in record time They were here at 9:oo and done by 2;15 they did a good job and are hard workers.
I was freezing when I couldn't get the heat to come on, but Matt came out almost an hour earlier than I had been told to expect him, checked the thermostat (toast) and the furnace (broken wire and blown fuse). Even with many trips up and down stairs to trouble shoot the problems as they arose, he maintained a cheerful and professional attitude and made recommendations that were very valuable to me. I am very grateful! Thank you!

UPDATE: 1 year later.. almost exactly.. hottest month of the summer and AGAIN NO AC!! See this company replaced the outside unit last year. Changed the unit over to the “new”Freon.. what we didn’t know is that they DID NOT REPLACE the inside Evap coil inside.. it is no longer compatible to the new condenser outside.. Wrong Freon and wrong PSI... So when we turned it on this year and ran it.. it ran for a little bit and stopped!! J&E’s LACK of knowledge/training or concern for their customers has cost us yet another HOT and Humid summer without AC.. American home Warranty is NO better as they refused to order parts as per their technicians that came out this year... did not communicate at all, finally sent a 3 rd party to “verify”.. LOL.. this company found even more wrong!!! Now the outside compressor is Fried Durban to the incompatibility of units!!! With J & E, customer Service is a NON THING!! Should not matter if you are paying them direct or they are getting paid from a Home warrenty... but it does! You ONLY get service if you pay them direct!! Otherwise they DO NOT CARE where your parts are or when they will be here!! They CANT be BOTHERED to pick up the phone and try to track them, even when they are almost a week past due and people have no AC in the hottest 4 weeks of the year! Avoid having to deal with this company!!
