On many properties, and even my Aunt's home, I've used Affordable Comfort for maintenance, installs, and repairs. Very professional, spot-on service, good manners, and frankly, great prices. I've worked with them for about 10 years.

I called this company they came over to man stay to you would be here for 45 minutes gave him $194 he did absolutely nothing nothing he used a piece of toilet paper on the vent to see if it was blowing air he did absolutely nothing they said they would call back and they never called back after they took the $194 never heard from we called him three times they just don't get it that's not the way you do business
We bought a house 2/21 with a boiler that was installed in November 2020. The return line was clearly not installed properly as it has a constant drip while the boiler is circulating and the drip increases when the boiler is not running. This has lead to a constantly wet floor underneath the unit. I called their office to inquire about the warranty on the unit, but they said no warranty transferred since the house was sold. I told them the unit wasn't installed properly if the return line is dripping after 3 months of service and they agreed to send a tech out. A tech came the next day, took pictures, handed me his card and said they'd call within 2 weeks to put us on the schedule. It's been a month and they never called. I gave them a fair shot to fix their faulty installation but now I'll be having another HVAC company come in to clean up their mess. The lady in the office told me they had a service call in January 21 (2 months after install) to fix a leak and install an air gap. Two leaks within 3-4 months of the unit's startup is ridiculous. If you value your time and money, do not allow these people to install a new system in your home.

Even though Affordable is listed by Navien for Intall and Service they did come out and look at unit but refused to service my Combi Boiler because it was not installed by a Licensed installer. They did not identify any install errors or further explanation. Must have been the first unit that they have witnessed installed for radiant floor heating. Eventually I found a contractor that is willing to service unit even though he has no Navien Training.
I had Affordable install a fancy new furnace that was installed which is nice but they hung it from the ceiling of my basement which makes my house rattle every time It runs! And it has no supports under it. Affordable wont fix it so Does anyone know how can I fix this?
My go to guys for heating and cooling needs. Trained and courteous staff. Good service for a fair price. They will work with you as much as they can. No issues and many years of service.
Great service, came out within hours of 1st calling and did a free estimate. Original quote was cheap but ended up finding out the compressor blew. I couldn't afford the fix but was still treated great and he explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely call again.
Our furnace went out, WE-Energies red tagged it not to be used. We had a heating and cooling contractor come out to take a look, they said it was a cracked piece and we needed a new one. We had gone through energy assistance because we thought we needed a new furnace, these guys got the call, came out and took a look at it. It was a loose vent pipe, not cracked. Saved us from some more cold nights with having to put in a new one. running like it's new again. Thank you....very glad these guys showed up instead.
