I am very happy with the work that they has done for me. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem in a timely manner, which was important because I had to have my furnace replaced during a cold snap. The technicians were very friendly and professional.

Had a great experience with Derick. He was kind, professional, and competent. What I mean is that he wants to do the job as it should be done, but he's also aware that I don't want to drop a lot of unnecessary money into a project if there is a smarter way to take care of a problem. When I purchased and installed a furnace from Noonans Heating & Air Co, I was assured and promised that if it malfunctioned within a year, they will repair or replace it altogether (if necessary). A technician from Noonans Heating & Air Co just fixed it upon calling them after it stopped to work six months down the line. He is professional, friendly hardworking and true to their word he is not charging even a penny as it is under warranty. I have had a nasty experience in some companies where you waste a lot of time trying to explain and prove that your device is under warranty as they try to charge you unfairly. Noonans Heating & Air Company did a awesome job. I tried to use my warranty HVAC repair company to fix my AC that failed at 102 degrees outside.They gave me an appointment time for the same day. The technician Frank showed up promptly as scheduled and was very professional.He immediately inspected, diagnosed, and repaired my AC in a few minutes. He also checked out for any other issues. Best AC repair experience that I ever had.
Woke up one morning and it was over 65° in my house. The furnace couldn't start so I called Noonans Heating & Air Co after seeing 5 star review. Frank was at my house within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem within 10 and had it repaired within an hour.Very reasonably priced. Thank you.
