I just had Larabee out to clean my Air ducts and clean out my dryer vent. James and his team did a fabulous job. They go above and beyond for you. We had a return that was pulled off the main trunk, He didn’t have to do anything but he saw it, explained why it was pulled off, and fixed it. They also explained how and why you only need the air duct cleaning every 5 years and not yearly like other companies may tell you. I highly recommend them, they provided us with 5-star service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The serviceman arrived promptly, was highly professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and what needs to be done in the future. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the heat pump and fixed it quickly. He was thorough and made sure to double-check everything. I'm thankful for his assistance and the great service I've always received from Larabee Heating & Air Co. They are an excellent company!
Very similar experience with Heather Geron review from 3 months before this post. Heating went out and called them. They pushed a yearly membership for $150 which they stated was eligible for a full refund. Told me someone would be there that day but no contact till the day after. Technician gave a $4600 quote saying two large pieces needed to be replaced. Got second opinion and fixed for $50 including labor since it was a 10 min fix. Called to get refund and they are stating that the refund is not possible since I got a quote which was never stated in the prior call. If I knew that they werent going to show up until the day after or that the price was non refundable because of a quote, I would not have paid for the membership and went somewhere else for a free quote instead. False promises and trying to fix problems that arent there. No mention of refund being void because of the quote. If you call and get a quote get ready to shell out at least $125. Get quote and service elsewhere. Definitely not a satisfying experience since now I am out $150 and got a BS quote for an easy fix. Lesson learned, shop around before paying as there is better out there. Be careful when contacting.
I had an emergency situation where my air conditioning was not working and the temperature outside was unbearable for my young child. I called Larabee Heating & Air Company and they were able to send somebody immediately. The technician, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issue and showed me some things to help maintain my unit that no one else has ever brought to my attention. Five stars for me!!
Our furnace broke and we couldn’t have been happier with the new furnace installation service from Larabee Heating & Air Co. Their admin, customer service system, communication, and technicians are top quality and very efficient. Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled as well as personable, caring, and friendly. They also worked with us to make sure we got what we needed within our budget. Highly recommend it.
My husband and I had Larabee Heating & Air install a ductless system in a new four seasons room we had constructed . The new unit is so quite and efficient that our down stairs heat pump does not turn on when the ductless system is running. The system makes no sound at all when it is running and really keeps up with the sunshine that comes into the room in the summer time. We are very happy with the service provided by Larabee Heating & Air .
Our AC went out. Had a service call and the guy said it was our compressor, system was shot and quoted $4200 replacement. Luckily some friends suggested that the breaker would pop if it was indeed the compressor. Got a second opinion, and $75 later, our capacitor was fixed and we were saved from a terrible diagnosis and a buttload of $!!
James was amazing!! Great customer service and couldn’t recommend someone better to come into our home and help. He assessed the HVAC issue, and replaced the thermostat unit within no time. I am so relieved! He provided me with the best quote and was very professional and responsive!!
I am so glad I found this top class company; not only are their estimates much lower than other local companies, but their work and customer service is top notch!! Great for emergency AC repair. Highly recommended!
We have been using Larabee Heating & Air Co. since purchasing our winter home in North Fort Myers 3 years ago. Honest, timely, friendly and trustworthy! No need to look for another service company in our opinion! A final check up before we leave for MI and comfortable that our AC and heating will be ready when we return!
The two young guys I had were beyond efficient quick and courteous. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but them. They even cleaned up the area in the hot water heater closet and everything looks great and is back to great condition. Every company should be this good.
We had AC duct work in our building that was put in by another company who could not figure out why it was not cooling properly in each office. Larabee Heating & Air Co.came over and figured it out in no time and had our offices at the temperatures they should be at. Professional, courteous, and clean.
We are very impressed with the work done by Antony and his crew. They are efficient, hard working and very knowledgeable about the process. We do also appreciate their explanations of how to operate the system.Will highly recommend them.
Freedom was professional and helpful throughout the whole process of replacing both my furnace and AC. The estimator, installers and the office folks I spoke with on the phone were all pleasant and knew what they were talking about. Definitely recommend.
I am very satisfied with the service I received. My motor on the AC went out so I called Larabee Heating & Air Co and scheduled a service call. The AC technician came by the next day on time, he was friendly and professional. He looked at my unit and the replacement part was still under warranty. He replaced it and all I paid was for two service calls.
We had a very positive dialogue with James about the air flow in our house. He was both knowledgeable and professional, spent time explaining our alternatives and showed he truly wanted to help, something rare these days! As long as Larabee Heating & Air Company keeps employees like this, this company has our business!
I emailed Larabee Heating & Air company after my air conditioner failed to function on one of the hottest months. Had them send James who apart from being professional in his field, his quoted rate was very competitive than some of the other techs I called. He had the a/c repaired and even spent extra time to show me how the a/c works. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling work! You'll enjoy having him at your home!!!
An excellent experience. We received telephone notification when the technician was on the way.The technician showed up when he said he would and was very friendly and informative.He conducted a thorough examination of the a/c units and took a good 2 hours to make sure everything was cleaned and serviced well.I couldnt be more plased with the service
My experience with James was very reassuring. From the time we set down to discuss my air conditioner going up and what my options were he made me feel so much better. James was professional, arrived on time, and was very pleasant. He even gave his card and said if there was any trouble for any reason he would come on his own time over the weekend. There was no trouble but I must say that helped us to feel more confident in his work. I think he went above and beyond in the customer service department.. Highly recommend Larabee Heating & Air Co.
