Called Stramowski after the guys at A-1 Milwaukee heating and cool wanted to replace unnecessary components in my A/C that had stopped working. Kyle was able to diagnose what the issue was within a couple minutes and, took the time to show me on the testing equipment why the components that needed replacing were failing. He even took my hose and showed me how to properly clean the fins on the unit. 10/10 for service and overall value.
AC install and maintenance have been great. Also complete maintenance on heating system. Recently however during one of the heating maintenance sessions, a mistake was made that led us without heat during the winter for almost 24 hours before we realized it. They were quick to respond, resolve the issue, and explain what happened. That said was very disappointed from a customer service follow up standpoint as we never heard back from anyone. Will continue to use their service as well as recommend but was disappointed as a customer from our last experience.

During a snowstorm last night our furnace decided not to heat anymore. Due to a previous company that made us lose our trust in HVAC companies, we did not have a working relationship with any companies anymore. I called other so called 24 hr HVAC companies who refused to come due to weather. I called Stramowski Heating (from a friends referral) and they agreed to come when the Technician became available. The technician who showed was Brad J., he was amazing. He educated us on our furnace and never seemed bothered by all of our questions. He really seemed to enjoy educating us and showed pride in his employment with Stramowski. We are now signed up for the maintenance plan and we plan to be a life long customer from here on out. Thank you SO much!
I cannot say enough about my positive experiences with Stramowski Heating and Cooling. The office team was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The field techs who came out to work on our heating and cooling systems were knowledgeable, efficient, and always went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. We have used Stramowski for multiple new AC/heating installations and regular maintenance. Every time they have exceeded our expectations. They always provide a detailed explanation of the work they will be performing and answer any questions we may have. Even when we have encountered unexpected issues, they have always work to make it right. I highly recommend Stramowski Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company. The technician was very responsive and honest with the assessment of the issue. They were quick on the true part repair as well. We have a boiler so not only without heat but also without hot water as well. They also were quick for the new system to replace the back up furnace which is how the air conditioning works in this house.
Referred by family and friends. Stramowski's were always available to help out when needed. They installed a furnace and AC this past summer. Very happy with the he technicians. Explain things very thoroughly and friendly.
Stramowski did a great job every step of the way, from contacting me with the appointment reminder to scheduling at my convenience. The technician (Brad)contacted me before arrival, and was very courteous and professional looking. He explained the process thoroughly and reviewed what he had done. He answered my questions and made recommendations. I have been dealing with Stramowski for over 20 years, and I have always been happy with their service and pricing.
I have an older home with 2 furnaces and 2 A/C units. All of them have been replaced by Stramowski. They have now been running perfectly for years. When they come out for routine maintenance they actually take the time to go through the entire units. I don't worry about waking up in the morning to a freezing house in the middle of winter.

I have been using Stramowski Heating for about 10 years. The first time I used them my furnace went out on Thanksgiving. I got home late with my 5 year old son and it wss 52 degrees in the house! I waited to call until the morning thinking they would charge me more for a holiday/ after hours service call. Boy was i wrong. They don't do that, it is just a regular service fee. This is my second home now and I wouldn't call anyone else to fix/ maintain my furnace. I have central air in this house and I will be calling in the spring for maintenance on that too.
Technician was about 10 minutes late but he called to let us know he was running late. Very quiet person, did not go out of his way to explain anything. Had this furnace serviced about a month ago with a different tech who seemed happier to be working.

Have used Stramowski Heating for several years. Have always had excellent service whether it was for the furnace or the a/c. Their customer service is outstanding and I will continue using them in the future.
We have Stramowski come in early summer for AC; late Fall for a heating checkup. Always timely, professional, a good value.
Stramowski Heating only fixed what was needed and did so in a timely manner. I will have them do my yearly maintenance on my heating and cooling system in the future.
No matter who has come from Stramowski to service my HVAC units, I can always count on a qualified professional who is thorough and trustworthy. They operate with the highest ethical standards and superior customer service. When I have questions, the answers are given thoroughly and technically not talking down to me as a female homeowner. I wouldn’t consider any other business for my homes HVAC needs as I feel I already have the very best!
I never had such a thorough furnace maintenance done prior to going with Stramowski Heating. This was the first maintenance done since having a new system installed last year. My technician calibrated the system to be as efficient as possible. He was very professional, on schedule and efficient.
