Thank you for service with integrity! I had a clogged trap on my old furnace which caused the furnace to leak water on my basement floor. It took 15 min.The repair man cleand the trap for the cost of the service fee. Glad I called you! The first company I called charged me $100.00 didn't even look at the furnace and tried to sell me a new furnace.
Our heater wasn't working, called them and had a tech out in 45 mins. He fixed it and explained everything. Was very helpful. Told me how to service it in the future. 10/10. Will be our goto for heating / cooling. Very very reasonable pricing!
Expensive but done right
Jason was extremely helpful with a walk through over the phone with my husband, Kevin when our boiler wasn't working. He said he would send someone out the next day to look at. The next day , Jason shows up (Awesome! ) to take a look at the boiler. He went the extra mile checking out details on an old school radiant heat system. It turned out to be a remove rust and clean up project. Thank you so much for the great service!

Man Jay and his crew were #1 early, #2 fast and #3 least expensive. We lost our ac in full, they showed up and replaced it asap. After several estimates they beat it by a lot! Had us cooling off again in a pinch. Thanks OC Heating
I said it once and I'll say it again.....Oak Creek Heating / Cooling is the damn service company around!! Being a single gal/ homeowner I depend on honest and dependable service. I woke to the furnace going out through the nighttime hours and am up and running smoothly by noon. Fast service....great price...friendly techs.... Keep up the fantastic work! See you for a tune up to my central air in spring!

Of course the furnace quit on a Saturday right before Christmas! We called Oak Creek Heating and Cooling. Jay was there within 2 hours. Fixed the problem. The best part was, service call and all was under $100.00! Excellent service all the way around!
Called Oak Creek Heating and Cooling and received a rapid response not only to the phone call but they managed to come out shortly to take care of the issue, because when heat goes out you can't stay without it for days. As a home owner and also as a Realtor I work with a lot of contractors and these guys are by far the best, Affordable, Professional, Local and take care of you, and most importantly they respond to the phone calls, because most of the contractors lack on responding when they are busy, but one thing we remember as a costumer is the people that take care of us when we needed them the most! Guys came out to run diagnostics, unit was shot. Replaced and installed same day. Great friendly service. Glad we have them a call.
I called oak creek heating and cooling because my air conditioning unit was leaking water on the furnace. They came out promptly and fixed the leaking. He offered a temporary fix but a new unit was needed. I decided to go with a new unit because the old one was over 25 yrs old. The price was reasonable and he came out on Friday and the new installation was set for Monday. This was all on Fourth of July weekend. On Monday they were on time and did a wonderful job. He also fixed a banging I mentioned when the furnace and air goes off. I highly recommend this company.
Very responsive and honest. We shopped around and connected with several local HVAC companies. Jay answered all of our questions and was straightforward on the price of new furnace and A/C unit. They offered the best price and provided the most honest assessment regarding equipment. Install was fast and professional. Highly recommend!
We have been using Oak Creek Heating and Cooling for the last few years. They have been nothing but outstanding, from middle of night service calls to new unit installation. We have purchased both a new furnace and AC from them with no issues. They guys are honest and will shoot you straight. I have felt well informed and confinement in all my purchases. I feel they are truly looking out for their customer and are not in the business of over selling or over pricing. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
