I like this company, I call...they respond immediately. We used them for our ductwork to be rerouted in the basement and now AC troubles. Everyone I talked to from the first phone call to the service people were very friendly and professional.
Needed emergency AC service and they got us up and running quickly!

This is a great company! Joel and Julie are wonderful people and have an awesome team working with them. They have come to our home when we had a very old furnace and got it going. Our air conditioning unit was super old also and when it gave out they were here right away to assess the situation and get us a quote for a new one. We decided to replace the furnace at the same time and the guys did an amazing job! Very nice and respectful and I would recommend them highly! If I could rate them higher than a 5 I definitely would.
Tyler, even called me a head time as he would be arriving earlier than my schedule appointment. I was very pleased with him. I like working with First Call Heating & Cooling as the staff is so professional and helpful when you have questions.
Neo took time to thoroughly inspect all points related to the cooling system inside and outside my home. He pointed out corroded piping and sealed it temporarily. He made sure that I was aware of potential hazards should the piping not be replaced. I am very thankful that First Call has such caring and knowledgeable technicians!
Great and thorough tune up of our a/c. All of my questions about my old a/c were answered too. We've used First Call in the past and will continue to do so.

staff explained things in an understanding manner. they also explained the options that were available.
The technician arrived during the time frame provided. He was able to diagnose the problem with our boiler furnace and quickly perform the repair. I especially appreciated his honestly regarding boiler hvac repairs and having experienced boiler technicians complete advanced repairs.
First Call was awesome! I called them originally for a repair and after discussing with the tech, I decided to get a new AC. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the guys were on time within the window. First Call made everything so easy.
Tyler was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, personable & patiently answered our questions about A/C. He diagnosed the problem & we agreed with his solution to try & extend life of the unit. Kevins diagnosis Saturday would not have corrected the problem but would have extended our time without air. We had air before Tyler left today. Thankyou!

This is now the second time that Kevin has been to my house. The first was for our Spring AC tuneup last year and this trip was for a service call. Kevin was very friendly, patient and professional. I hope that Kevin continues to provide service for us in the future as it was a pleasure working with him both times.
Our furnace went out late at night. I called and within an hour they had someone at our home. The technician was very proficient and kept me well informed. Very satisfied with this service to the point that we are switching to First Call for all our heating and cooling needs.
All went well with a tune-up on the Gas heat portion of my Heat Pump HVAC, but not the A/C side. They found a small crack in a pipe and since I can't afford to have the 7 year old Heat Pump repaired, I will instead opt to get a new Heat Pump.
