Our air conditioner's fan went out the evening of July 3rd. I didn't have much hope of getting it fixed over the holiday, but Dave called me back that night and was at my house by 10am on the 4th. After a few minutes of diagnostic work and the replacement of a couple of parts, the house was cooling within half an hour.
DG Heating and Cooling is the only business I will call for any future furnace/AC needs. Dave was professional and prompt, and the work was done correctly (and much quicker than I anticipated). Quality work done at a fair and affordable price!
Discovered my water heater was shot on a Sunday evening, got back to me within 30 minutes of leaving a message with a quote and a start time for the following day. Crew showed up on time and promptly got to work. Affordable prices, quick and friendly crew. We will definitely be returning customers.
We had a radiator emergency!!! Our bathroom could have been flooded, until Dave was at our apartment in 30 something minutes! Fixed the issue very quickly. Had a great attitude, and was very understanding. Ran up and down stairs, he had great hustle. Would definitely recommend this heating company to anyone! Thank you so much!!!

Honest, friendly, great work to reflect the attitude of someone who takes pride in his work and the relationships he has with customers. Not only was the install neat, timely, and quality but this is a genuinely nice person who even comes to check out a problem for me that had nothing to do with the HVAC. A great person to know and have around.
Alex came out for our winter tune-up on our furnace. We also asked him to install our new smart thermostat while he was here. He was able to help us with all of our needs & was very friendly & educated. We will be going with this company moving forward for all heating/cooling needs! Dave has helped me fix my ac twice now, and both times I have received excellent service! He has provided prompt service and has given me advice to help me save money; I won't be calling anyone else from now on!
My air conditioner went out and Dave was able to squeeze me into his schedule the day after I called him and got me back up and running within a half hour. He also gave me a tip to clean the coils on the backside of the air conditioner which I never noticed had accumulated pollen dust. A great experience overall! Highly recommend! Unfortunately, after my air conditioner was repaired, it totally died for an unrelated reason (old age). Dave came out again the same day to troubleshoot and replaced my air conditioner first thing 2 days later. Highly recommend again!
