Great customer service.
Sundberg has been my major appliance parts supplier since 1995. Eric and the boss have been there all this time.
They did not have an exact replacement for my furnace igniter, but found a substitute by careful comparison. I had it in in working about two hours after starting to diagnose the problem.

I was in need for a coupler for my washing machine. I looked around at all the box stores. Couldn't find it. Someone suggested Sandberg. They had it in stock and at a great price.

I have been buying from Eric and Mark here for 25 years. Jim had been there for about 20. Sundberg is largest appliance parts purveyor in US with 3 major warehouses and 15 "mini-warehouses" throughout the Midwest. If Madison doesn't have the part, they usually can have it the next day. BEWARE of on-line offers for used parts and cheap knock-offs made of inferior materials (which will void your factory warranty) - especially from AMAZON, E-Bay, Walmart
Easy peasy. I needed a part to fix my oven. I called Sunberg and had the part in my hands in less than an hour. I'm very glad they're around.

They were able to order the parts that I needed in for the next day. Prices were comparable to online retailers and this location was close to home so I went with them. Great service when I picked up too!
I called ahead to check if they had the belt for my dryer, and in 15 sec they were able to confirm the right part, something a big box store is incapable of normally. Really pleased, so I drove over and got the component, and I'm looking forward to getting my shirts dried tonight.

Wow, price gouging big time. Needed a controller board for my GE fridge, found 3 different online retailers all with great reviews that wanted $140.00 for the part. Called SUNDBERG (Wish they never would have bought out that great little place on Willie Street :( ) and they want $240.00 for it!!!! That's highway robbery!!!!! Not going to take advantage of me. Ordered online. EDITED*** Called GE directly, they RETAIL for this part FROM GE is $189.00, but because of the issue I had, they sold it to me for $87.00 and shipped it to me overnight air for $15.00. Wow! Sundberg wanted $50.00 OVER RETAIL!!!!
Stopped in to Madison store this morning and asked for p/n 4389142 listed retail on internet for around $60. Was charged around $99.00. Went out to service truck stewed around for a little checked on internet with computer and found out could order online elsewhere for $26.00. Took part back and will wait till Monday to get in mail. Used to be able to buy wholesale before the move.
They were able to order me a new control unit for an early 70s Maytag Halo of Heat Dryer and a replacement rubber "clutch" for a KitchenAid blender. Most of these things end up in a landfill when they break, but I was able to fix them inexpensively thanks to Sundberg!
