Simonson staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to find and sell me a part so I could fix my broken water heater. Great service!!
Waterheater broke and Simonsen helped me get hot water again and made my family happier by having not to take cold shower hopefully for a while. Friendly service, very helpful saved me a lot of money. Thank you and will definitely recommend Simonson Water Heaters.

Chad came out to look at (and fix) my water heater. He came when he said he would be there and explained exactly what needed to be done and made the fix at a very reasonable price.

Simonson worked with my fiancee and I to get our water heater back up and working properly promptly, professionally, and with a good attitude. We moved into our first house recently, and it took a few weeks for the issues with our heater to become apparent. Within about a 24hr period, Simonson worked with our plumber to identify the issue, get us solutions, and help us get our hot water back. From start to finish, these folks were great to work with and stand behind their products. I strongly recommend working with them.
These guys are the best. They walked me through all my options and then actually called me back with a used free fan I could have. They even delivered to my house for free. If I ever need any work done in the future they will be getting my business. Stand up company!
