Horrible craftsmanship. Cob together their work. Equipment not installed properly. Overall bad company. Would never recommend them to anyone. Never ever. Absolutely horrible work.
Had an issue with our furnace and they were able to come out and do the repair the same day I called! Can’t say enough about their great service!!
Great company FAIR PRICES GREAT SERVICE VERY CLEAN AND HONEST
We've been waiting 3 months for our furnace, after several calls and no returned calls they finally called today and tried giving barley a 20 hour notice to come in the morning. Said we'd call back after rearranging our schedule and finally on the 4th call they picked up and said "well we didn't hear back from you so we moved onto the next person. " rude, unprofessional and really just not worth the headache they bring.
NO SHOW. NO NOTICE x3 Scheduled an appointment and they were a no show with no notice. This happened two more times the subsequent week. Low low low professionalism.
I've used Heating and Cooling Inc for many years at my home, apartments, and hair salon business. Even during the busiest seasons they get to my issue in a timely fashion. I also appreciate that they are family owned/operated, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
Tried to set up a visit to estimate the cost of a new boiler; the woman on the phone was rude. She stated that it wasn't worth their time to bid on a project unless they were assured they would get the job. This company had done work for us in the past, and I expected more from them. Very disappointed.
I have 13 rentals and a pretty good size house i use them for all my heating cooling and hot water work. They get in do the job and get out. That is what i like plus can trust them at my rentals all the tecs are great.
I'm sad to see the bad review about being belittled when buying an igniter. Maybe the guy was having a bad day. I've bought many igniters there for years and have never been belittled while doing this. I'm sure to have the model number of my furnace and all is well. And I'm a woman, so I get that pretty much at every hardware store, still, where guys feel the need to lecture and 'enlighten' me about things I already know. I have also had their service and estimates several times for my house and a rental, when the job is more than I can do myself. They have always come in way lower than others and done great work and answered my questions. Once they quoted me half (not kidding) of what Air Quality Systems actually charged me. Sadly it was too late to switch. When I talked to AQS to ask whey they were so much higher, now talk about being belittled and berated by the guy there. So, personally, I will always call Heating and Cooling and I will pass on the bad and expensive experience with Air Quality Systems, never using them again.
I had an issue with my furnace late Thursday night. Jose was there before 10am on Friday morning and was outstanding.
