Even though we were not fully able to resolve our concern given the state of our air conditioner, Kurt, our service person, did an excellent job for us! He was knowledgeable, talented and personable. Job well done without question!

When Aaron came to give us an estimate for an overhaul of our furnace and AC, he wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell a product we didn't need, but gave us plenty of information. That immediately had us sold. Then Maurice and Sean came to install it. They were very knowledgeable, very efficient and did an amazing job. We'll definitely call Harker again if we ever need HVAC service!
My A/C wasn't cooling. Harker Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by a friend & I concur. They were able to schedule someone to check it out the next day. They were on time, very friendly, competent, efficient, & helpful. They clearly explained what they were doing & gave me advice & options. I elected to replace he A/C & that was also quickly scheduled. Those professionals were also on time, efficient, courteous, & competent. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them.

Found leaking older carrier infinitely unit, not economical to fix. Timely replacement of a carrier a/c system. Here at scheduled time and efficiently replaced the unit in a timely fashion. Pleasant and efficiently done, followed up by showing me specifically what they did. very pleased with the job.
The guys repaired a copper pipe in our radiant heating system and re-supported a large Mitsu heat/pump unit out back. Great service. They were prompt, knew their stuff, explained things, were friendly and fun to work with.

I had 2 different issues with my AC and Harker fixed them both. I initially found them a little too eager to charge but they explained all the charges thoroughly and even removed extra technical dispatch fees for multiple trips out. They managed to fit me in very quickly which was very much appreciated with the AC not working when the temperature was > 85 outside. Brian spent quite a bit of time in an uncomfortable space working on my system and ultimately solved the underlying problem with my AC wiring.
Pleasant and efficient service when I called to schedule my repair. The technician arrived early (with notification) and found a way to juggle other jobs to get me in without after-hours fees. Back up and cooling on the same day I picked up the phone!

I called Harker to inspect and repair the air conditioner at my residence and was very pleased that they were able to fit me in the next day unlike others that I had called. Chris was on time, very professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue, and offered many helpful tips on how to properly program my themostats and best use air return vents. I highly recommend Harker and will go to them for all my heating and cooling needs.
For all the reasons stated in our previous review about Harker HVAC services, when it came time to fix our hot water heater, we called Harker. We could smell gas. We had it looked at by another company. They tested it and said it was OK and just an odor associated with air coming down the vent past the burner. Then a week later the gas detector on our combination carbon monoxide and gas detector started beeping at 3AM. Good thing we had one. We called Harker. Their tech found a leak and replaced the valve. As usual, on time, on budget, clean, organized, very personable, knew what he was doing, great guy to work with. So was Harker's front end office person who arranged for a replacement valve under warranty from the hot water heater manufacturer. Same experience as before. If you want it done right by people who care about doing it right, call Harker.
