Brian and his assistant really nice job explaining the process and cleaning our ductwork. He was on time end worked hard throughout the process. He even had to deal with our two barkey dogs and it did not phase him. Job well done!

It's safe to say things went wrong. We have used Dirty Ducts several times and have been happy with our services until this one. We've even had this at this same home serviced in the past and had no problem. This time there is a big problem. After the technician left, all of our eyes started burning. Then the heat kicked on, my child coughed non-stop, could barely take a breath in between coughs. My entire body was itching and burning, then my arms and legs lost feeling. Everyone's sinuses are irritated and daily headaches. Even our dog's eyes are bright red and have had green goop coming out of them since the "cleaning". We've had none of these problems before the duct cleaning. The heat had been on before the cleaning as well and caused no problems. We complained to the company who said they didn't do anything wrong. They told us to change our furnace filter, which we had already done immediately after the service. Clearly something went awry. We had an air inspector come out who we have worked with in the past to test the air and the dust. According to her samples (a large additional cost) there are massive amounts of drywall and fiberglass particulates in our air now from this duct cleaning. Everyone is miserable. Drywall dust is meticulously hard to eradicate from the air, so this will take hours of cleaning every single day, expensive new air purifiers, and we cannot turn our heat on going into winter because it is making the dust blow around more and make everyone sick. Instead of sucking up the dust in the ducts, this service deposited massive amounts of dust into our home's air that was not there before. Our whole house is covered in dust, we clean every day since and it appears again the next day. Again, weve never had this issue. This is a huge mistake for a company that claims to promote "clean and healthy air". We will have to spend massive amounts of money and time to try to fix this problem they created and refuse to acknowledge that they've

We used Dirty Ducts for their duct cleaning service. From the first call I was pleased with the willingness of the staff to answer any and all questions that I had. I was given a price quote on that first call, and that was exactly what I paid. On the day of service Kam arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), and he quickly figured out the best way to access our home. He was friendly and incredibly efficient, and even left before and after photos of our sect cleaning. Finally, he made sure that the furnace and everything was in working order before he left. We were incredibly pleased with how easy this process was and will absolutely use them in the future!
First, Tina was fantastic and answered all my questions while setting up the appointment. Second, Kam was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job cleaning the ducts. He was professional, courteous, and listened to my concerns. I hope he can do the job the next time we clean the ducts. I strongly recommend this company. They came highly recommended from our furnace maintenance guys. I would have given five stars except for one thing: part of the cleaning process requires drilling about 6 small holes in the main duct. Kam put down plastic on the floor below the drilling point, and he offered to vacuum any metal shavings that he may have missed. However, as I realized after he left, the tiny metal shavings were flung from each drill site at about a 5 foot radius. The shavings ended up in shoes, clothing, carpet, and other personal items. Simply vacuuming would not be sufficient to clean this up. It took me about 90 minutes to clean these tiny metal shards from everything. In order to avoid this problem, I would suggest that the technician get a small box or pail and remove the bottom and top, leaving what is essentially a cylinder. Before drilling, hold the cylinder against the duct metal. Put the drill inside the cylinder and then drill the hole. The metal shards will be flung against the inside of the cylinder and then fall straight down onto the plastic on the floor. Despite this problem, was pleased with the job and would recommend this company.

This business came highly recommended for the region, and there was a long wait for the appointment. This is our first house and was clearly the first time the vents have been cleaned, so it took a while to do the job. Our technician Tyler was excellent, personable, and listened to concerns. He did the outer second floor dryer vent too, no problem. Superb work & worth the wait for an appointment!

Jake and his partner were right on time and very efficient and friendly; we appreciated their wearing shoe covers (on a snowy day) and masks. They explained what they were doing and shared impressive before-and-after pictures. The house feels fresher and we're not aware of a musty odor when the heat is on, as we were before. Excellent experience with removal of our entire asbestos trifecta of asbestos flooring, asbestos piping insulation and asbestos vermiculite insulation. Good value, on time, very, very professional and no hidden costs like we've experienced with others in the past.
We recently had all ducts and vents in our 2 story home cleaned. The process took a little over 3 hours and the tech, Brian, was efficient and effective. We viewed before and after pictures and were impressed with results. One thing we had not expected was that the cleaner vents allowed for better air circulation. The upstairs master bedroom and other rooms always struggled to meet the desired temperature. After cleaning the room temp now matches the thermostat with no changes to thermostat settings. Thanks !
