Made an appointment to get our furnace an air conditioner replaced. June 8th between 4/5 pm. No show and no phone call. Called Baybrookes heating and set up a date, they showed up on time. Brett was very easy to work with. Gave us a very fair price and installed both units with in a couple of days. SNOOZE YOU LOOSE DALES!!!🤔🥂😃

Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning is BY FAR the best value in the business. As far as completing HVAC repair/maintenance/installation, you have a tremendous number of choices. The majority of them would complete the work successfully. However, how many of them are responsive and punctual? How many of them will only try to sell you exactly what you need for your situation rather than the products they want you to buy? How many of them will be honest with you when you ask them about additional services? Will they just take the additional money, or will they tell you not to invest in something that will not benefit your comfort or energy savings? How many of them keep their profit margins low enough to pass those savings on to their customers? Over 20 years of home ownership I have used many different HVAC companies. Then I found out that my Dad was using Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning so I gave them a try. I can confidently say I won't have to continue company shopping, as Brian and his staff are my go-to from now on. He has repaired our systems previously and just completed an install of a new furnace and AC unit at our house. Outstanding pricing and service. I would highly recommend that at the very least you let Brian give you an estimate on your next project. You'll be very happy that you did!
Bought for both homes I've owned in Madison, got quotes from multiple places and Dales was always the best value. Every time I've needed HVAC repair or maintenance, service has been super quick and friendly. Would recommend to everyone!
Brian and his crew are terrific. I hired them to replace an aged AC system in my condo. It took some time to find the proper replacement equipment through no fault of Dale's. The replacement install also presented some challenges but Brian and his staff were timely, professional, and patient. I highly recommend doing business with this local company.
Same day service by Brian. So helpful and by far the best pricing. We called at least five area HVAC repair companies. He fixed the unit within 30 mins. Will use Dale’s again!

Zach got my no-heat service call on Sunday 2/14 -9F degrees, AFTER I called another furnace place that went out for $249 and said it would be $1500 to fix and they didn't have the part. Zach came out from Dale's and had the part from their inventory! My tenants had heat and a brand new draft-inducer motor and fresh air-cleaner too! Zach and Dale's saved the day without a doubt! I saved them in my phone for my future business!! A+ my friends, A+.
Quick, friendly, honest, and thorough help with our furnace! We called after hours, had help within an hour and a temporary fix, and a new furnace installed two days later. Brian helped us get rebates and navigate the warranty, taught us a bit about how our system works, and left our utility room cleaner than it was before! COVID note: All staff who came to our home wore masks.
I've reviewed Brian's business before, this time it's for a quick, responsive and professional repair for our A/C. When your Veridian Homes sourced Goodman A/C unit fails, and it will fail, call Brian. In less than 24 hours, Brian replaced the motor and compressor unit. I called last night and he was here at noon. I highly recommend Dale's Heating and Cooling - transparent, professional, knowledgeable.
Contacted this company as I like to work local, it has been nearly two weeks and still do not even have quotes for the work I needed done. Im a business scheduled to re open in about a week and can not do my work without a clime today controlled area. And also needed a ventilation system. Was told that I would have quotes in 2 days on two different occasions and here we are a week later and still no quotes. It’s unfortunate but I have contacted another company and will need to delay my business opening until the work can be completed.
brian is always their to help before and after he does the work i would have knowbody but him and his employees do my heating and airconditioning

Dale's was recommended on Next Door and I couldn't be happier! I called them for a furnace on the fritz and Brian was able to squeeze me in last minute, was super nice, and explained everything. The price was super reasonable too. Dale's will be my go-to for any furnace issues from here on out.
Had a furnace issue and sent an early morning text, which was promptly returned by a phone call from Brian. We’ve used him for service issues in the past on a previous home with great experiences. He was happy to come look but also let me know that he’s unable to get same-day parts for our brand of furnace and recommended another company that would be able to get it fixed for me today, on a 10 degree morning. Appreciate his honesty in helping me get service set up today!
Never used him but liked the family oriented ads and most of the reviews were great. I left a message 2 days ago and he never called me back. So i will be going to someone else.
