Been with Wulf brothers since 2005. I always ask for Andy out of Luxemburg. Andy is very knowledgeable, if he can’t fix It your in trouble. Professional, wears booties to protect your floor. Leaves area cleaner than he found it. I had another text on emergency call out. He did an excellent Job said he was trained by Andy. Yes you can easily get in touch with them out of hours with fast response time. Time in half or double for out of hours. Everyone does that if you can get them to come out.

Called Wulf Brothers to see if they would install a used fireplace for me, he said that they potentially could and that "if they had time, they might be able to come take a look". -- that was 3 months ago...still no call or follow-up (and I have happily installed it with someone else). I hope someday I'm in a position that I can knowingly turn away business; you might want to explore an alternative.
