As usual, prompt response, courteous, so respectful of my home when entering. Dan went above and beyond to explain what he did. Gave me peace of mind that I can rely on my unit to perform when I need it.

Dan Andres was efficient, and pleasant. He followed through with my concern about my cats getting in to the furnace room, and getting locked in there when he left. He asked me , and I was able to tell him that the cats were upstairs, and it was ok to close the door. I know its a fussy thing, and could be annoying. He was cheerful and continued on with this duties.
Very helpful in scheduling seasonal service check. They were more than willing to assist a new client. They gave me some date options to pick from, asked if I wanted tech to wear a mask which I did, excellent follow up through texts, confirmed appointment prior, texted with information and picture of the technician that was coming and followed up after appointment to see if I had questions. Very pleased with this level of service which is rare. Recommend you contact them if you need HVAC services.
5 stars isn't enough for Jeff and his team. The level of knowledge and passion that Jeff has for the industry and his customers is unbelievable. From the first step to the end this has been easy. Jeff sat with us at our kitchen table and went over his business including a run down of all his employees and what we can expect before he even went over our AC options. It was just amazing to see his dedication to his customers and their satisfaction. And then..........the guys showed up to work. They did exceptional work and take such pride in what they do. And I think my house is cleaner after they left then before they got here. I can't say enough amazing things about this company.

Jeff and his crew are very professional, do what they say, on time, and on budget. Price was explained up front and was very fair. After work was done, I paid the bill the same day as received, as I was very satisfied with the service. Good explanations by Jeff and his crew on the days they were here as to exactly what was going on. Already have plans to use his firm for my home expansion project, and he incorporated some of these plans into some additional ducts he added in the basement to save time and money on the expansion. No hesitations and no worries if you decide to work with Jeff's firm!

Brandon came to install a HEPA unit and a Polarized Media Air cleaner. He was on time, clean, and professional. Travis came to explain when and how to replace the filters. I would highly recommend both the company and their professionals.
Jeff and the team at Ultimate Air were so extremely responsive to our needs and requests. They are polite, honest, and hard-working, from Paula in the office to all the service techs who worked on our installation. We are very pleased with our new system and the service that stands behind it with Ultimate Air. Great job and superior customer service leaves us happy customers!

Very positive experience. I typically don't enjoy when contractors come to the house to provide quotes, but I was pleasantly surprised on how well the visit went. Travis was personable, professional, and efficient. Provided me a quotes same day. Although we decided to not move forward at this time, when we do budget for this home improvement project in the future, we will be choosing this company hands down. It was nice too, because they said they will keep all the solutions, measurements, etc on file and when we are ready we can call them back to work it out. Jeff big shout out to your company and the talented professionals you hire!
