I also would love to leave a review on here as well... today is the 4th of July. Our air had gone out a week ago. Being diabetic a d having 3 stents in my leg my legs have been so swelled up with this heat. I had spoken with the owner Jason. He is such a wonderful gentleman. Allen the tech came out. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate the both of you! Allen when you left I was in tears.... tears of joy and happiness. We have air now.... I left a 5 star rating... but being honest from the bottom of my heart a 5 star rating doesn't do justice... Jason and Allen if I could leave a "infinity" star rating that is what you both deserve. From the bottom of my heart I can't thank you enough. For the customers reading my review... This is the company I would recommend to anyone and everyone. When I do need a new air conditioner this is who we will be going with . I've put your ard on my refrigerator where it will stay until we do. Thank you again.

I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received. With the bad air quality and having asthma I needed my a A/C working asap. They were so great and came out and got it working within an hour. I will continue using them for any heating and A/C issues I have.

They were professional, knowledgeable, did a great job, polite, Furnace looks nice, works well, I hope it lasts a long time. I asked them to do a little extra modification and they did not hesitate and did not charge me extra. Overall a great experience and the price was fair. Only positive things to say here.
I have been using Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling for more than 20 years. They have always done a great job and for reasonable price. The people are friendly as well as efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were a god send. Below zero temps and my furnace stopped working. They showed up within a couple hours of calling them and fixed the problem for very minimal cost. They were so friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating & cooling services.
Technicians were on time, courteous and professional. They performed a yearly inspection and found no issues with the heating unit. I have been using Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling since I built my house and I recommend them to my friends whenever I get the chance.
Schnaare's Complete Comfort did a great job on our AC replacement. They fully replaced our ancient unit with a properly -sized new one, flushed the line, took out our janky duct work and re-sat the cooling coil, then redid the ductwork around it. All told we paid $3800. They have a third-party loan company for financing called Earth, but we didn't use them. The service was relatively quick: done in a single day. Workers showed up on time and were respectful of the space they worked in. Also, we were able to communicate via text, which was a huge blessing for me due to phone anxiety. Overall, I would recommend doing business with them!
My experience was wonderful overall. Complete Comfort was very responsive and explained everything perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone as I know they will do a great job!!
Dealing with Schnaare has been difficult, expensive and frustrating. A horrible experience. In July 2020 they installed an oversized, low-level Lennox heating and A/C system that never worked properly. Very noisy, and shut down without warning but repeatedly in very cold weather. After numerous requests for correction they blamed me selecting the oversized system, which I very decidedly did not. I relied on their expertise, but now believe they recommended the oversized unit to maximize their profit. Cost was $7700. After repeated complaints and ineffective repairs they stopped returning my calls. Completely frustrated, I contacted Lee Mechanical, a competing Lennox dealer. In June 2021 I contracted with Lee to install a complete top-of-the line Lennox system including the premium thermostat Schnaare never mentioned and did not supply. It cost me (another) $9200, a large expense I could ill-afford, but well worth it to be done with Schnaare.. Lee's installation and follow-up has been superb. The system is so quiet I hardly know it is working. Furnace and A/C efficiency numbers are far better than the low-line equipment Schnaare supplied. Based on this experience my recommendation is to stay as far away as possible from Schnaare.

The entire team is so easy to work with and so helpful! We had an issue with our A/C unit leaving us in 87 degrees in our house with our two small children. Jason made it a priority to schedule us as soon as possible. Xavier showed promptly and professional. He quickly found the issue and resolved our problem! Thank you so much to the entire team! Furnace broke...the tech came out and went above and beyond for me..he was so nice it made me super comfortable...they even kept me posted on their ETA via text message which was great!!! We needed a new motor for my 1985 furnace which he found and ordered and will be in first thing in the morning..great people..will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.
Good tech. Deplorable customer service. Every appointment was at least four hours late with no phone call. I had to call them...and leave a message. Rarely do they answer the phone. Your better off going with another outfit if you value your time.
