Excellent job! I want to thank John for fixing my AC. Fast and great work. He definitely knows his stuff, he showed up on time, and did everything required to get my system back up and running. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Great personality. Thank you so much!
John was very knowledgeable and courteous. Showed me pictures of the various components in the boiler and re-programmed my thermostat for me so that I could experience some savings. The kind of technician everyone would wish to have. Thumbs up!
I am happy to give Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning my highest recommendation. I had a leaky shower valve and 2 bad thermostats for my electric baseboard heat. They diagnosed the problems one day and came back the next day for the repair. There was never any issue with communication. Going forward they will be the one I call for any HVAC work in my building.
The technician came right on time and was very pleasant. He walked me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. He was able to repair my AC unit very quickly and cleaned up his mess. I will highly recommend them.
Called Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning to repair our Ac.They responded very quickly to my call and sent out a technician to assess my problem. They located the problem to my compressor. They fixed it and charged a fair price. I was very impressed with their service.
They took responsibility for a minor issue that led to the repair and took care of it without charge. They did not need to do that but it won me over. I know why everyone I consulted prior to making the purchase told me to go to Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning!!
Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning quoted me on a new tankless water heater, gas furnace and heat pump. Their quote was very competitive with the others, and the installation was excellent. The house had a very awkward setup due to few places to run the inlets and exhausts but the installers took their time and did it right. The pride of workmanship on the install really shone through. Thanks guys!Outstanding work!!!
Seriously, the BEST experience I've ever had with furnace repair! The monthly club is a great deal and will save lots of money throughout the year. We're beyond happy. Definitely recommend!
David and his team installed our new AC. They were very professional and polite. They answered all our questions clearly and courteously, and made sure to explain exactly what they had done. I used Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning to have furnace put in my house. They were absolutely wonderful! The men who came out were polite and took their time with installing the system in one visit.Great, no pressure sales experience. Installers did everything in one day. They were courteous, clean, polite, and answered all of our questions I would highly recommend this company!
Appreciate the dedication David has in providing amazing customer and technical service. After a very long day and still more to go he showed up and repaired our unit to cool down the house in this heat! Always maintaining great care to our home, in and out to ensure not a repair was overlooked. All the while double checking his work and returning it to working condition.
Absolutely awesome! David was a total professional and our new water heater will be a welcome addition to our home. David explained the details of our new tank and even painted our wall after he took out the old tank! He offered his number for us to call him day or night with any questions and he was so pleasant and easy to talk to. The best service ever.
Quick turnover time from call to arrival. The technician David was knowledgeable and efficient. Took time to explain our issue and remediation. First time that an HVAC company hasn't tried to up-sell us since we moved to our new home. Really appreciate their integrity. Would recommend.
