The service for a new air conditioner was scheduled ASAP. This was greatly appreciated with the hot weather. The installer was professional, friendly and hard working. We are very happy with Misurelli Sorensen Heating & AIr Conditioning and would definitely recommend them!

I have history with this company. My statements are based over several visits and easy resolutions. They work to put you at ease and efficiently find the problem and fix it. This particular problem was a failed capacitor on A/C. They had one on the truck (sweet). From the top to the bottom they work for you. If you are a new client, I am sure they will win your approval.
Technicians are always professional and capable of solving service issues.

Installed hot water heater within one day of receiving my call. Very professional. They were right on time for scheduled estimate and installation appointment. Very clean installation. They also replaced my A/C and heater last year. Received the same quality and professional service. I highly recommend them.
Ashton did a great job. He arrived a little earlier than the appointment time so I wasn’t there yet. He proceeded to start diagnosing the system outside until I arrived & was able to locate the problem quickly. He showed us the problem & resolved it. He was very helpful with the questions we had about the system, gave us some pointers on best ways to use it since we were new to it.
