2 no calls, no arrivals back to back days. I was told I would receive a call 30 mins before arrival. Never got any calls, and had to find out they cancelled on me by calling them first both times after my scheduled appointments. Very frustrating, and very unprofessional.
I'm so happy with my new heating and air conditioning company! They were able to come out on a weekend to fix my broken furnace, and it was done in half the time they estimated. The technician who came out was friendly and efficient, and even gave me some tips on how to make sure my system is running at its best efficiency...

Hired these guys for our furnace repair after it malfunctioned. The customer service rep was very helpful and set us up with an appointment right away. The technician was also very helpful. We signed up for the annual plan and are confident that we have chosen the best company.
Wonderful technicians! Tom and a colleague were so thorough and were easy to talk to. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and more. They also made the process of fixing part of our AC easy and comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured or worried at any point while they were working on our AC. Spectacular service!!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received today. Very friendly service technician, explained the problem and what needed to be fixed as well as gave us the information we needed to understand what happened and the reasons for fixing. They were very prompt with responding to our call and had a technician to us the same day which is much appreciated in the cold winter.
We are a long time AVS Heating and Cooling customer and have always been pleased with our service. The latest visit was no exception. Our service rep was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He performed our service check and answered all of our questions. He also left us printed material and price quotes on possible future purchases. We would be happy to have Tom as our permanent service rep.
Tom was very professional as well as respectful of our home and our time. I was unsure about spending more to have the blower cleaned on our ancient furnace but I'm so happy it was encouraged. Our furnace is significantly quieter after the maintenance he did, I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend AVS Heating and Cooling and Tom.
AVS Heating and Cooling made our experience of installing a new furnace and AC in our condo a complete pleasure. AVS Heating and Cooling Co sent a technician this morning to check my old furnace. He checked everything, took his time and was thorough. He discovered that the furnace ignition control was malfunctioning causing no heat to be transmitted. The resistance heating element which he showed me and looked like an element in a lighting bulb was the cause of the problem. He replaced it and to my surprise the problem that I have had for years was solved in matter of minutes. All is good now. The technician was nice, polite, friendly and an all round honest guy.
I came home at night and found house freezing. I called AVS late in the night and to my surprise the phone was answered. They were able to come out early the next morning and quickly repair the issue. The cost was reasonable and there was no extra charge for minor services that he provided. I was greatly impressed of how quickly the issue was resolved. I will definitely call them again for any future heating or cooling issues! Thumbs up!!
Tom was prompt in answering my call and fit my appointment for the next day. He fixed my Air Conditioner that made a lot of noise when switched on. He was courteous and helpful, and honest. I will definitely use him in the future if need be and would also recommend him highly to my family and friends.
The heater quits working on the coldest night of the year. Tom arrived early to diagnose the problem; he was thorough in his investigation, explained everything completely, and resolved the problem promptly. AVS Heating and Cooling has been my chosen company, and I always get the same great service, regardless of the technician. Recommended.
