I emailed Robinson Heating last evening about my chilly tile floors, fully expecting them simply to phone today and schedule the appointment. No! Bright and early this morning, I get a call from Kevin who is out in my driveway! I was still asleep! By 9:30 a.m., Kevin checked and tweaked everything, provided homeowner education on the infloor heating system and boiler. How’s that for customer service? Top notch, if you ask me!
Rick from Robinson HC had called and told me he would be over to our house in 15 minutes. Rick arrived on time. Rick looked at our furnace and in 15 minutes told me the gas valve was stuck closed. We would need a new gas valve unit. Rick gave me the estimate of the cost. I approved. Rick had our furnace back up and running in one hour. Rick was very knowledgeable and experienced in his job! He also gave me a few pointers on filter types. Thank you! I would recommend Robinson Heating and Cooling to anyone.
Call 7am, spoke with a very helpful lady. Made my appt for the same day between 2pm-4pm. Told me the cost and forms of accepted payments. Also told me there was a charge for a credit card use. Technician called 1:50 to say he could be here in 20 minutes. Arrived on time. Made the necessary repair to get my furnace working and all for the price I was told. I am not someone who does reviews but this experience was very impressive and worth a review! Kudos! Will use again and recommend!!

Prompt and knowledgeable explained what we needed in detail and why we should do it that way. Will definitely using them when we are ready.
Went to a restaurant to look at the AC that wasn't working, had to calling an HVAC company. Called Robinson and then I had some other work that would only take a half hour, so I told the customer they would be there later that day. I was wrong, Robinson showed up even before I started the other work 🤯. And left before I did 😲😁👍
Our technician Jorge came out within a couple hours of calling, was extremely helpful and professional. When it turned out our furnace wasn't working due to a disconnected wire (that my husband had accidentally disconnected) he only charged us for his time. Despite the fact that he had already installed a new circuit board. Highly recommend!

A technician named Caleb came out this morning in -35 degree weather to check out a rental property we own in Green Bay. They coordinated everything with us over the phone as I'm multiple hours away on training. The staff was fast and incredibly reasonably priced; we expected to be price gouged due to the weather and weren't. For our situation they were even able to fix the problem on the spot and get the furnace working properly. He even called as soon as he was done to explain the cause, the solution, and the cost. I can't recommend them enough.
We were struggling to move a couch into our new duplex. Two Robinson employees who were working across the street saw us struggling and offered to help us! They moved the couch inside for us and were very friendly. They definitely went above and beyond for us! Very appreciative of their help, job well done!
Called asking them to restore heat to my house. I was told because I wasn't a regular customer I was on the bottom of the list. If you have an emergency, look somewhere else.

I have been using Robinson Heating and Cooling since I moved to Green Bay a year ago. Twice I've had to have them come over to fix my air conditioner; once because of some malfunction in the unit in the basement, and once because a mouse chewed through a wire outside! Each time I called for help they came over quickly - the first time they came the next day and today when I called their repairman (Nick) was here within two hours. They are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and were able to make the needed repairs very quickly. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service! I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling repairs - you can't go wrong!! Thanks for everything!
