Our Technician, Kevin, did an outstanding job clearly identifying the root cause of our air conditioning problem and promptly and efficiently made the appropriate repairs. He was both personal and professional and came on time exactly as promised. He also gave us helpful tips on using our equipment more efficiently and cost effectively. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their AC issues.
Rob Friebel came by and helped us with some bathroom plumbing issues. He was courteous, professional and explained everything well. As an added perk, Hockers has extremely reasonable pricing for their services and was able to schedule us soon, despite the issue moving into that gray space between emergency and a nice-to-have improvement. We will definitely be considering them for future work.
Joe Ferris came out to clean our AC. Found a problem with our blower motor. Fixed it, researched that is was still under warranty. Saved us money. Was very professional. Great asset to the company.
The water heater stopped working, Hockers had Tony come out, and he was so nice and thorough. What a great employee. So appreciative of the fast response and the customer service. I would give it more stars if I could.

Hockers has had our plumbing business for years. Going into a holiday weekend, we had a routine plumbing issue which would need to be addressed but not urgently. The office staff worked with us to set up an appointment time, discuss likely costs and address the concern. The technician, Tyler, called us about arriving early for our scheduled time window. Tyler arrived over 30 minutes ahead of our arrival window. He assessed the situation and provided an on the spot estimate for the work. We reviewed the estimate and he completed the work promptly. Great service!
Rob was super, very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced our water heater and sump pump. We were very happy with the service!
I called on the Friday of a holiday weekend and they made a same day appointment. The tech, Dakota, showed up early. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything. I felt he was very fair. He was very positive. I will never call any other plumbing company besides Hockers from this point forward.

I have used Hockers several times for basic plumbing needs. I have always gotten an appointment quickly and they are good about having small windows within which they will arrive. I have found their service to be very professional.
Woke up this morning to water covering the basement floor and no hot water. Water heater completely shot. We called Hockers at 9am, they had a tech here by 9:40am. Dakota was friendly, professional and thorough! He completed our water heater replacement by 11:15am! Before he left, he explained what he did, what to look for on our new water heater, talked to us about the warranties, the membership program and asked us if we had any other questions or concerns and my favorite part- he asked if we were happy with everything! Great quality service! We are very happy and grateful!
Hockers did a great job installing an A/C unit for me Ryan and Riley were great to work with. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.

was surprised to recieve info of tecnician when he was coming over i opened door and greated him by name....but the most important part he fixed it to last, gave me options..i chose fix it to last. replace parts that were "working" but hard to use with valve i will no longer have to use a wrench to open and close much appreciatred and it looks good too always a plus. i did sign up for yearly maintenance..i feel good about that

When I called Hockers they had someone out here early next day for my leaking bathroom sink. Nate was wonderful and had it fixed within a few minutes! I had a very pleasant experience and most definitely will call again. Nate was very personable and professional.

Joe was our technician today and I was impressed by his thoroughness, professionalism, explanations and willingness to answer my questions. Up front pricing is a policy that is followed. I called Hockers yesterday morning to have them install a new garbage disposable. Tony came the same morning and installed it quickly and professionally. Excellent service.
