We an unusual situation that they worked with us to remedy. They were so helpful and gave us a fair quote. Everyone was so helpful! We will be using them for all our future HVAC needs!
We had Engebos Heating and Cooling come out to do a pre winter checkup on our furnace and the technician that came to the house(I believe his name was Kory) was excellent. He did a very thorough job on the furnace and checked the furnace and humidifier filters. All the time he worked he pleasantly explained what he was doing and his opinion of the condition and future of the appliance. I would recommend Engebos and especially our technician if you are looking for a good local company to service your heating and cooling.

A few years back I was in need of a capacitor for my Trane air condition unit, which is installed by Engebos Heating & Cooling, Inc. Of all the heating and cooling places that I called or stop by none would not sell me one, except for Apex Heating and Air Conditioning. The thing is Apex Heating and Air Conditioning is not a Trane dealer, but they go out of their way to get me the part so my unit will work again. It is still working after all these years. I would not use Engebos Heating and Cooling, because they wouldn't sell you parts, they only want you to call them and they have to come out charge you extra. Sorry, but not everyone can afford all the expensive calls, and not everyone is dumb. Some of us can learn or have the knowledge to repair our own stuff. All we need is parts.
The owner Jim is the most untrustworthy person I know. He made me sign a document, then tell me that it wasn't a contract then one year later claims he did all this work for my project. Without ever being on site. This is one horrible business don't let the bbb rating fool you. Take your business elsewhere!
