Thoroughly happy with the work Justin did. He was honest and talked us through the options to fix the problem without upselling us on a whole new unit. Will be calling him again when we need him in the future.

Airmasters is by far the best HVAC company in the Milwaukee area. There's no way to get better service and workmanship. Great communication from start to finish on all projects. Believe it or not his prices are some of the best I've come across anywhere. Great to do business with Justin and his crew. This is the only HVAC company I'll ever use.
Air masters were quick to respond to my HVAC emergency. They came out the next day and provided a temporary solution as well a quote for a replacement unit. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
Fantastic company. Explained what was needed (and what wasn't). Quoted a great price. Workers were extremely professional, hard working, and on time. Next time I need AC/furnace work, this is who I'm calling.
Had our AC replaced in our house. They came in for an evaluation and quote, beat the other competition by a significant amount (>$1k) and were able to get in for the replacement in a couple of weeks (busy season). Everybody was extremely professional and they didn't try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need.

I called Air Masters a few days ago to get an AC tune-up/troubleshoot a loud noise it was intermittently making. They were able to get me scheduled in only a few days(some places I called were months out). When Matt arrived, he quickly pointed me to a faulty capacitor, quoted me a decent price, and quickly got to work. He mentioned that I might also have to replace the fan at some point and gave me a ballpark estimate for that when the time comes(which was greatly appreciated). Overall, I was very pleased with the service.
We have had Air Masters help us on several occasions and they are always thoughtful, professional and friendly each time we have used them. They have given us excellent rationale and assessments of our current heating and cooling units. After several bids, Air Masters always comes out on top for having the best prices and the most reliable and knowledgeable team of people.
Good service on furnace tune up on unit that they installed a few years ago. Matt did an excellent job on explaining what was being done and very knowledgeable in his work.
A friend recommended Air Masters and I'm glad she did. Matt performed a regular maintenance check on our furnace and was so great at explaining everything and answering all my questions. They absolutely earned all my future heating and AC business.

I had three companies in Milwaukee come and quote AC installation for an old home without air returns. Justin's quote was not the cheapest, but it was comparable and it was the SMARTEST plan. He and his crew came out and performed the installation with kindness and respect! The AC is perfect and it has already saved me money on energy bills with the efficiency Justin considered while planning our installation. Highly recommend! Thanks Air Masters!
refurred to them by a person awhile back, never used them or called them,Matt, came out an was only here for 5 mins an knew what was wrong an got to work . He explain everything that was wrong , There at the top of my list to call from now on when things got wrong, this is the frist time I did a review , an the priece I paid was less then I thought it would be, to replace some part inside a furnance Matt great job an I hope your employer Knews that they have a good employee working for them
Justin and his team are fantastic! We’ve been working with them for over five years when we purchased our house. We have a boiler/radiators and they installed a new air/heating unit on our third floor. They are very reasonable, responsive, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Even in this trying time and pandemic we are facing, Justin and his crew get the job done safely and correct the first time. Justin and his crew are honest, fair and know this industry.
