I recently had the pleasure of using Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning for the installation of a new Bryant furnace and air conditioner, and I highly recommend their services. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship, but their pricing was fair and transparent (especially with “zero-interest” financing). I appreciate their commitment to not selling any unnecessary services/features, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I had a great experience with Affordable Heating and Cooling and would gladly choose them again for any future HVAC needs.

The whole experience started with the estimate, Todd was on time and actually asked questions and diagnosed my HVAC issues. Unlike another competitor HVAC company from new Berlin, we was not just a salesman that showed up with "packages that they usually sell." He emailed me a day later with a quote and was confident that it would solve my heating and AC problem. When the install day came, sure enough, it was the correct diagnosis and the team that came out was fast and efficient. My system was up and running and better than ever in a few hours I would recommend Affordable HVAC

**DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS** Horrible customer service after speaking with Mike. Their technician installed a faulty part which went out and we had hire someone else to take care of the issue. Affordable wanted to charge over $215 ($115 for a trip charge, $80 for gas to pick up the new part plus taxes) --ridiculous. No thanks. Update to Mike response below: First, you completed the repair on Nov 14th 2022, it has not been three months! Second, you never offered a free diagnostic (which I was willing to pay for) you requested for a gas charge, diagnostic charge plus "taxes"- that would not be $195!! Third, you don't warranty your work for a circuit board which should have not went that quick. Free HA! I paid a different company to come out and diagnose the issue. All I was asking is for you take care of your issue with the faulty part your company installed. I should not have to get someone else to go over your work and replace the faulty part you installed (which I paid you for the labor and part already when you installed it). If you are going to leave a comment be honest! You're a petty company that willing to treat customers any kind of way! 2nd update to response below: I will not give this Company anymore of my time, it's obvious that they like arguing with their customers. Based on their responses, it proves that they installed a bogus part, character is unacceptable and how they treat customers is awful. ** Urban Heating and Cooling (Exceptional Customer Service) took care of situation by replacing the faulty circuit board installed by Affordable Heating and replaced it with a "Brand New Circuit Board". My tentant was happy to have heat again and Urban ensured her that she will have no more problems.
Please be aware of dealing with this company! They do not value customer satisfaction. Mike will talk to you any kind of way after receiving your money. Oh!!! Heads up they ask people to remove negative reviews. Tiktok review coming!!!
I had an excellent experience! Matt and Tristan were one-time, professional, and helpful. After the installation, Matt made sure I knew how to use the thermostat, even helping me to setup a schedule and get my phone connected for easy control. I work in customer service and I would highly recommend this company!
After evaluating and getting quotes from 4 Bryant Factory authorized dealers for a replacement furnace, I decided on Affordable Heating and AC. Great customer reviews, excellent Angie's list ratings, and very good competitive pricing. Todd was my sales person and he explained all my furnace and warranty options without swaying me toward a particular model or service plan. After I became educated about the choices, I was able to make an informed decision about which furnace was good for me. The installers were professional and did a great job retrofitting the new furnace including flipping the furnace around from the original furnace configuration to meet the building code. My last furnace was not installed to code apparently. My experience with Affordable Heating was great, and I don't see why your encounter with them would be any different.
We needed a new furnace and they came in gave us an amazing price and told us what was all included. The day that the furnace was installed the guys that came out were very friendly. They explained everything so I didn’t have any questions. I would recommend this company to anyone
They did a good job installing in a pinch, but they cut a hole in the side of my house without asking
When we stopped by to check out the final result of our son's installation, it was perfect. We needed to leave to take the dogs for their vet appointment and left the crew there. They didn't know but we have cameras covering our home, they treated their home with such respect. I would never use another company again. Thanks to Todd whom came out for the estimate, to the installation crew. Matt and his crew are true professionals and care about their customers.
The crew that came out removed my old furnaces and installed two new furnaces in my duplex. They were courteous and professional. I was very pleased, and would recommend Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning with a “AAA Plus Rating”! “God bless”!!!
Highly recommend Affordable Heating & AC for all your HVAC needs. I had them replace my HVAC unit and would use them again. Their service team was professional, efficient, cleaned up after install, and finished ahead of schedule. I could not be happier with my new HVAC unit.
Affordable Heating replaced my 20 year old furnace. Arrived on time, the installers were friendly and courteous, they answered all questions I had. Finished the job much quicker than I anticipated. The company was honest too, they recommended a smaller furnace for my house because the old one was larger than I needed for my square footage. They could have easily just put in a bigger one and charged me more, but they really seem to look out for their customer. Definitely would recommend to others.
From the initial call Mike came with in the day to inspect the old system to the installation of the new furnace and central air done by Matt and Tristen was a quality job from start to the finish everything to electrical work and experience of the technicians knowledge to explain the operation of the system would highly recommend Affordable heating and cooling
This is an outstanding company with excellent employees. They were on time to replace our furnace and AC, were efficient and neat. Matt, the lead technician, is knowledgeable and professional. His assistant Tristan is also an asset to the company. Matt made sure everything was done properly down to the very last detail. Also, patiently answered any questions. Highly Recommended!!
100% positive experience furnace replacement, above and beyond workmanship. They will get my referrals. Best price, spent time explaining what was the best fix for my heating and cooling problem. Coworker referred me as she had the same great experience.

I had a full home HVAC replacement today with Bryant products for an excellent price. Matt and Sam did an outstanding job and took the time to go through all the new equipment and answered all my questions. They even went out of their way and noticed that my air exchanger unit that was installed by another company was not hooked up properly and fixed it as well. Outstanding service and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
