Hometown Heating did a great job. They clearly communicated when they were coming for our annual inspection and what they did.
I'm having recessed lighting put up throughout my house, and I can't say enough good things about them. When Jeff gathered information for the estimate, he asked good questions, listened to my needs, and used his experience to give helpful advice/insight that was much appreciated. Now they are doing the install; they are friendly, professional, and sweet to my dogs and kid. They're doing great work and I will recommend this place to everyone!

Jeff & Nick were great! They updated all my outlets, switches, and installed 6 lights & 2 ceiling fans in under 8 hours. A TON of work and everything looks great! Very responsibly priced, Highly recommend!

Hometown really helped me out in a pinch as my furnace was beginning to fail me on the start of a weekend. The owner took the time on a Saturday to answer all my questions through a rather lengthy email thread. He then set up a very fast consultation on short notice to give me the replacement I needed asap for monday. The advice given was very honest, informative, and professional as well as a great price compared to the competition. The installation service went very smoothly and efficiently as well, a trustworthy team. I'd highly recommend their professionalism from top to bottom to anyone who is looking for great service, quality, and cost!
Hometown HVAC is a great company. The owners Ken and PJ are very good at communicating and very friendly. Trevor is a highly knowledgeable technician who has been to our house a few times to diagnose and repair and always does a great job. Couldn’t recommend this company enough for any HVAC needs.
Furnace stopped working. Called 5 places referred by family, neighbors; couldn't come for a week or more. Found Hometown on Google, they came next day (Wed before Thanksgiving) to repair. Cracked heat exchanger on 25-year-old furnace, determined replacement was best way to go. Options explained to me; I truly appreciated the honesty & no up-sell or pressure to spend more for features I didn't feel necessary. Lucky temps were mild for late Nov. Even with holiday and weekend, they installed new furnace & thermostat within 5 days after initial meet. They text photo of technician coming & when they'll arrive. Efficient, professional, personable, respectful of property--guys wore booties over boots, protected floors. Everything included in price previously given and they returned initial service charge. Out of ☆☆☆☆☆, I'll give them 10☆
Trevor arrived on time and completed the HVAC service in a timely fashion. He was personable, provided me a complete assessment of my furnace, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business for their services.
Really am glad I have a service contract with Hometown Heating. They contact me in the fall for a furnace checkup and in the spring to check my a/c. I particularly like Trevor who takes care of my furnace. I feel a service contract prevents potential problems during our freezing cold Wisconsin Winters. The price of a service contract gives me peace of mind all year long.
The young man was very nice and polite but I didn't have any filters at the house and they normally put a new one in for me and he didn't. For what I pay for maintenance I should have gotten at least a free filter..
