I wish I could remember the technicians name. He was so kind that he actually apologized for working quickly because he had many others waiting (heat wave). I was so happy with absolutely everything about Vance. Who else can you call during a heat wave that will arrive within an hour? Nobody but Vance, that's who!
Michael helped me with my questions and made a suggestion to increase the longevity of my AC. No pressure. Very courteous.
Vance not only met, but exceeded my expectations by far. Of course, I was apprehensive at pulling the trigger on purchasing a new system. 100% glad I did now….. I am an electrician by trade, but have been out of the field for quite some time. I was on site during the HVAC retrofit today to install all the necessary electrical for moving the heat pump. The best words that come to mind to me are “well oiled machine”. The crew showed up on-time,communicated well, and conducted themselves very professionally and were also very courteous to my family, pets included. They were in tune with each other and it shows in the final product. Right now I am writing this review at 5:42, yesterday at this time, I was sitting at my kitchen table w/ Vance salesman Todd Hall, signing up for this project. It’s great to know you can get a system installed the next day, and since I am in construction, I know how well they did it and they were not taking any shortcuts. I would highly recommend Vance to anybody that’s looking for a system. I purchased the Daikin fit system and I’m sitting here at a cool, 70°. A 12 year parts and labor warranty should make me rest easy. Sometimes the “best deal” is the one where you don’t need to worry about it for the next decade of your life. I’ll spend the extra money and Vance will tell you they’re not the cheapest, but they’re definitely top-tier in my opinion. A huge thank you to Shay and his crew today. Money well spent.

From start to finish they were awesome! There trucks are stocked with the most commonly needed parts. Daniel G was truthful and honest on what needed to be repaired. He was fast and efficient while working on our A/C system. They have earned a lifetime customer of the first visit !!!
Hector came and was very friendly. He checked everything out quickly and efficiently. He was able to share with me all the different issues and options.

All I have to say is the workers at Vance did a great job. I had an issue with my motor blower (went out). They were able to get the part needed within a day and begin the work. They had me up running quickly. Both technicians Daniel and Logan did a great job. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were and how quickly the job was finished. They answered all my questions and were very prompt. The one thing that I can appreciate the most is how honest this company is. It's hard to find companies that aren't going to rip you off. For all my HVAC needs, I'll continue to use Vance and also recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again Daniel and Logan and the Vance team.

We had Steven come out. He was friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Steven was very patient with my kids and explained everything very well. He was very kind and a pleasure to have in our home. Would recommend him as a technician to anyone.
I got a scheduled visit from Mike Mead with Vance Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike was on time and called earlier to verify the time of our meeting. Mike came out to my home and was Professional and easy to talk with and answered my questions I had about an upcoming Heat Pump system install. I will wait for my quote from Mike in an email, and move forward with the install. I will post a review after the work has been completed on install and how I think the job went. Mike Alvarado
My air conditioning went out and Daniel came right out and fixed it and also replaced a faulty part the next day!

I love working with the folks at Vance! I've been working with them for the last 5 or more years and each technician is as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the work they do to service my heating and cooling system. They explain in clear terms and any technical language is explained in more detail - for us less than technical users. :0) I am thankful for their service.
Requested a quote, had 2 visits with a total of 4 people including people from the management team. I followed up multiple times about the quote with zero replies or even acknowledgement that they are working on it. But they still feel the need to send me junk mail, emails, and text messages. I had a much better experience with the other HVAC companies in town.
Vance is always very pleasant and professional to deal with. Today, Victor was on time, thorough, explained what he did and why. Flawless service.

I did an internet search for an HVAC technician and almost immediately I got a call from Vance. We set up an appointment and Adam was the technician who showed up. He got to work and figured out what my problem was and told me what my options were. When we decided on a course of action. He ordered the parts and came back a few days later and repaired my system that day. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My AC is working better than ever and I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on it again should the need arise. I'm keeping Vance on my Cellphone's contact list.
I’ve been using Vance for years. I’m a retired refrigeration service manager and am impressed with the quality and personability of the technicians they employ. Carlos is another good example of this. I would have been happy to have him working for me.
