Nothing is worse than your AC going out right before the 90 degree weather gets here. The only thing that can make it all better is an amazing repair service team. I have to say Thermal was so on top of it that it was only one day without AC. Mitchell was my tech and he was so informative and professional. He went through everything with me. It was so great to have such a great company help me in my time of need. I would recommend they to anyone

We had a full heat pump system replacement along with a new electrical panel/breaker box installed. We were provided with great customer service every step of the way. Lini & Marcos were exceptional. Our heat pump replacement was challenging as our old system was a geo-thermal heat pump (30 years old). Lini & Marcos were thorough, worked hard, and always had a positive attitude. Andy did the electrical work and was professional, knowledgeable and informative. My husband and I would recommend Thermall to anyone needing heating, cooling & electrical work.
I called in the morning to see if they could come out and look at my mini split. I live an hour away from their shop. They send a technician out within a few hours.Rey Diagnosed it, fixed it, and was so incredibly nice. I will always recommend them, and will always use them in the future. They were outstanding. Rey came back the second time and got the old unit going. Spent some time on it! No charge and now I’m having a guy come out to talk to me about a new system and installation as mine just might be done! Thanks Rey!
Our A/C went out right after we brought our newborn twins home. Originally scheduled 3 weeks out from when we first called, they were able to move us up 2 weeks on the schedule. Our installation team showed up right on time and got us all set up.
One of the best experiences I have ever had with an HVAC contractor! Cheyenne Benge was the technician who troubleshot and quickly repaired my AC unit. She was amazing. Both technically and on a customer service level. A great personality coupled with technical skill is such hard combination to find these days. Well done!

Rey did a great job providing a new board for our heat pump. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He also offered advice on how to make the system last. He provided excellent customer service. Rey made it enjoyable experience!

My 95 year old dads home was selling and closing the next week and the HVAC needed service as soon as possible. Even though they were totally booked, they found time to help us. Service was excellent.
My AC went out he was down the street I stopped and talked to him they squeeze me in last minute. I highly recommend Mark and his apprentice Lenny. They were great very nice very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
I had problems after a storm. They worked me into their already long and busy schedule and were very professional and courteous. A small mistake was made, but Paul stopped by and made it right. I would highly recommend them.
We were impressed at how knowledgeable and professional Mark and Andy were when taking care of our problem. We have yet only completed about half of what we need from them, but we already feel confident that we will be happy with the final results. We had never used ThermAll before, but we can certainly recommend them! Addendum: Now that their extensive project at our house is complete, We have nothing but praise for the ThermAll team, from the office personnel to the field! They've been very competent, thorough, professional, and easy to work with.
We were very happy, from bid to install, with ThermAll. Trevor was thorough, patient, and informative regarding the bid, and Doni, the office liaison was regular, friendly, and efficient. Finally, Mark and Lini were exceptionally hard working and pleasant during two long days of install. In fact, Mark and Lini would be great neighbors.

I really like and trust ThermAll Heating and Cooling. They have been very responsive to my home’s needs, installed a wonderful HVAC & Heat Pump system in the fall and followed up with system maintenance. Louis and Zak came to our home and cleaned all the ducts throughout our home-our home was left the way they found it-But cleaner. Very pleasant, professional, friendly as always our experience with this company was EXCELLENT!
