The only place to go for your Hvac needs. He doesn't have a big fancy painted building so you save on labor, and I would trade that any day for the personal and caring service you receive from this family run business. When you call, the owner Brian is always the one who picks up, and even answered my million questions after hours and on a weekend. He has multiple Platte family members who work there. I was quote $12-24k with other companys and Brian came out and said I just need the outdoor heat pump and there is nothing wrong with my indoor air handler. Brian got our Ac again for a fraction of the cost just before out heat wave. Thank you Brian and family. You have earned our business for the next 20yrs for the life of our new Trane heat pump.
Brian and his crew installed a new furnace,a/c and water heater. They came on time, and Brian answered all our our questions and was reasonably priced. He even helped with a venting problem for free. Highly recommend
Furnace heating issue was resolved very quickly. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone from my description of what was happening. They arrived with the parts they needed. Service techs were very willing to answer any questions I had. Very professional all the way around.

Platte installed an air conditioning unit In our home. They were responsive and helpful in scheduling the time for Installation. They were also creative in their Solution to make the unit fit in our unique space. They worked diligently all day and cleaned up when they were done. Unit works great! Brian, Randy and the girls are amazing! Definitely recommend!
Brian came to my house within a few minutes of calling him as he was close by anyway but he showed me how honest he was as he showed me all we have to do to fix air/ heater. Most companies rip you off just like a car sales man. But Im telling you the truth Brian is an honest man who doesn't rip you off.
I think the owner came to my house, either way, the gentleman was was extremely nice, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable rates! I've found my new HVAC company.

Platte installed the unit around 10 years ago, and it has been flawless, until record temps hit the Valley. I called Brian, and despite an overflowing schedule, he came over after hours and quickly repaired the problem. And he was still smiling! I'm impressed! Highly recommend Platte heating.

Furnace out of order house getting colder. Serviceman was out in less the 15 minutes. Found the problem, fixed it and we were back in our warm home.
Terrible company. I manage an 8 unit apartment complex. The landlord had gone through them prior to me taking the job so I contacted them to fix 2 furnaces. The first visit the guy names Robert looked at the furnace for 30 seconds and said it needed to be replaced. Then after my landlord called and said he didn't want it replaced all of the sudden it was "fixable". He claimed to fix it but it wasn't fixed. So he comes back a week later, while I'm at work. I get home shortly after he finished at my apartment, and my girlfriend says he took the brand new thermostat I had just installed, claiming it was "bad". He was still working on my neighbors furnace so I went over and asked him what happened. He said it was broken, so I asked where it was since I had just bought it and could return it. He immediately became very agitated and said he "threw it in the trash." I asked where and he began yelling at me and told me it was in his van and he would get in when he was done with the other furnace. He knocks on my door 2 minutes later with the thermostat and says something about his last customer upsetting him. I told him that was no reason to yell at me or take my new thermostat and he started yelling again, challenging me to go in the yard and fight him. I am not exaggerating. I tell him to leave before I call the cops and he says "Maybe I should leave, for your sake." I call the manager Brian freaking out, he calls me back and says he fired Robert and that he'd be out personally to fix my furnace, at which point my neighbor comes over and says hers wasn't fixed either. Brian comes out the next day and is really nice, fixing both units. However 3 weeks later when another unit is having issues, I call Platte's main number and Robert answers the phone. Brian lied and did not fire his employee that physically threatened and attempted to steal from customers. Absolutely unbelievable. Typing this review I wonder if people will believe it, that's how unbelievable it is but I kid
Service didn't show up when scheduled. I had to call 15 minutes after. Spoke to a girl who said she'd call me right back. I called 30 minutes later, and same girl said that she'd check into them not showing up. Finally got a call a few minutes after (45 later) that they were about 15 away. No calls to reschedule, or any type of customer service.
There service man was very unprofessional. He said I needed a part that I did not need. And without my authorization on the bill served me a bill at the end that should have only been way less but expected me to pay it. When trying to contact Brian he was extremely angry and talked down to me. Then called me back and said he would make sure that I would pay thousand of dollars in the next few months. Which to me that was way out of line. I wanted to talk to the owner but was told over several days he wasn't in, make sure they don't take you for a ride as they tried to do to me.
