Amazing service. Repaired our AC unit at a fraction of the cost of another company. Responded promptly in the middle of a record breaking heat wave. Saved us literally thousands of dollars. Would very highly recommend!!
I called to get on the schedule, and the lady who answered the phone was one of the nicest people I've ever talked to. She was so kind and compassionate, and knowledgeable about hvac, too. I was really impressed! I haven't even had the people over to see about the AC, but I'd give this place 5 stars just for the receptionist.

Paul’s AirFX is great. They are super responsive and are extremely helpful. They are thorough and follow through with their work. They are the best we’ve worked with in the area. Very reliable and great customer service. You can tell they care about their people and their customers. We are in construction inside Suncadia.
Communication is lacking. Tanner is a good dude and Their installation techs are very meticulous. Again, better communication would be a star earner in my book.
Their service technician was very professional and fixed our furnace pretty quickly. The office staff was very courteous and helpful with our situation as well.
These guys are really nice and the work is good quality. They are super busy so expect scheduling delays.

As a business owner, customer service is one of the qualities I notice the most whenever I purchase goods or receive a service. We have an older Furnace that failed a few days ago, and Paul and his team (Tanner & Herb) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that the issues we were having were solved properly and promptly. I usually do not write reviews, but I had to make sure that folks understand how well you will be treated when you do business with the folks from Paul’s AirFX. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Have maintenance contract on 24 rental properties for all heating and AC and gas appliances. They are extremely competent. Save me money by keeping maintenance up with change of seasons. Price competitive. HONEST. An A+ operation.
